中国先后加入100多个政府间国际组织和300多项多边条约，并在其中发挥重要作用；面对历史罕见的国际金融危机，中国在20国集团等机制框架下与世界主要经济体密切协调配合，共同致力于促进世界经济复苏和可持续增长；中国积极参与反恐、防扩散、气候变化、防灾减灾等领域的国际合作及联合国维和行动，就处理和解决诸多重大国际地区问题发挥着重要建设性作用。
女士们、先生们，中国的发展繁荣以及与世界的积极互动无疑是当今世界格局最显著的变化之一，对中国自身、对世界都产生了深远影响，同时也推动了中美关系发展。
今年是“乒乓外交”和基辛格博士秘密访华40周年，明年我们还将迎来尼克松总统访华40周年。

二 是Chinglish的形成与译者的水平有直接的 关系。
关于如何避免和减少中式英文，这里结合十六 大报告翻译例句，谈几点看法：
