I.英文电子邮件的基本写作技巧：
谈到写e-mail，不少同学会说，我经常给我的网友们发电子邮件，这简直是a piece of cake。

可不少同学平时给自己的朋友写的电子邮件都没有写作章法。

要知道，现在各地的中考试题中，书面表达要求写一个e-mail的还真是不少呢。

那么正规的e-mail应该如何写呢？
其实，写e-mail和写英文信相差不多，主要由称呼、正文和落款三部分构成。

称呼和落款就不讲了，写作正文时要注意以下两点：
1.首先要明确写给谁。

不同的收件人，语气不同。

写给朋友的可用一些俚语或缩写词语，但正式的邮件就不能用俚语或缩写词语。

像中考中的书面表达题，就是正规的写作，就不能用俚语或缩写词语。

2.写电子邮件要直接，并多用短句，使意思清楚。

当然，对重点部分要作详细介绍。

像中考试题中要求写的电子邮件，就必须根据(汉语或图画)提示，将要点写全，并注意语言的运用。

也就是说，应把它作为一个小作文来对待，而不是像我们平时给朋友发的邮件，不讲章法。
