特种船抛起锚操作规程SMI-0606 The Operation Procedures of Dropping And WeightingAnchor1.抛锚操作Dropping Anchor Operation1.1.提前通知机舱确认是否有足够的电力供应（必要时加开辅机）。
Advance notice the engine room to confirm whether there is sufficient electricity supply (if necessary, additional auxiliary)1.2.根据液压泵浦间液压油泵开关标识正确启动锚机油泵。
According to the switch label of hydraulic pump which is in the hydraulic pumping room, start the windlass oil pump correctly.1.3.解掉固定锚的钢丝。
Remove the wire-steel fixed the anchor.1.4.打开锚链制链器。
Open the anchor chain controller.1.5.使用锚机控制箱内的控制手柄操纵锚机将锚链送出预定备锚长度。
Use the handle in the windlass control box to manipulate windlass sending the anchor chain to reservation length。
1.6.刹住锚机刹车，脱开锚机离合器，此时锚已备妥。
Brake the windlass brake, withdraw windlass clutch, right now the anchor is already prepared. 1.7.接到船长的抛锚命令后迅速松开锚机刹车，抛锚入海。
After receiving the captain's anchoring command, loosen the windlass brake quickly, drop anchor into the sea.1.8.使用锚机刹车控制松链速度并随时向船长报告锚链方向及出链长度。

第一节 锚设备的组成

1.锚（anchor）
锚是产生抓驻力的重要设备。 按锚结构的不同可将锚分为两类： 有杆锚 无杆锚 按锚的用途不同可将锚分为三类： 普通船用锚 大抓力锚 特种锚
2）螺旋式弃链器
螺旋式弃链器是利用控制螺杆的伸缩使脱 钩松开或夹住。 优缺点：与别的弃链器相比结构较复杂， 但使用安全可靠，即使在锚链绷紧时也容 易松脱，缺点是开启动作较缓慢。 螺旋式弃链器一般安装在锚链舱舱壁上， 即弃链器主体部分位于锚链舱舱内，操作 手轮位于锚链舱外侧的舱壁上。
第三节 锚链的组成与标记
一、锚链的分类与组成 锚链是连接于锚和船体之间的链条，用于 传递和缓冲船舶所受的外力。 1.锚链的分类与特点 锚链可按多种方法进行分类，但主要有以 下几种：
1）按链环结构分类
锚链按链环结构的不同，可分为两种： 有档链 无档链 有档链优点：在尺寸和材质相同的情况 下，有档链的强度比无档链大20%左右， 且具有变形小、堆放时不易扭缠等优点， 故海船广泛采用，而无档链一般仅用于 小船。
4.特种锚
特种锚的结构特点与普通锚不同， 其目的是适应特殊用途。如浮筒、 浮标、灯船、浮船坞及浮码头等永 久性系泊用锚，有螺旋锚、伞形锚、 单爪锚以及供破冰船用的冰锚等， 如图3-13所示。
