2015年度第一学期五年级语文教研组工作总结执笔人:李晓欧时间过得真快,一转眼这学期又快过去了,根据学期初的教学工作计划,本学期,教学教研工作以教研组计划作为工作的重心,以新课程标准的基本理念为指导,在全体老师兢兢业业的工作中扎扎实实、卓有成效地开展着。
俗语说“一份耕耘、一份收获”,回顾本学期的工作,我们有着几分充实、几分感慨,现将一学期的工作小结如下:一、认真学习,提升自身业务知识。
树立语文教学目标意识,是小学语文教学研究的灵魂。
我们通过杂志、网络等各种渠道广泛地收集资料,并进行深入地学习。
本学期初,我们五年级每位教师切实制订好本学科教学计划,合理安排教学进度,扎扎实实学习《新课程标准》。
利用课余时间积极交流教学心得,共享教学资源,形成了良好的互助互学的教研氛围。
按照扎实有效、稳步推进的课改思路,加强教学常规管理,增强组内教师的教科研意识,搞好课堂教学有效性策略的研究,寓落实目标的语文训练于阅读过程中,使三维目标的达成相得益彰,达到有效教学的境界。
通过学习,教师们重新审视了自己的课堂教学中,对如何有效课堂教学有了一些理论上的积淀与自己的思考,为今后更好地开展教学教研工作奠定了良好的基础。
二、营造民主和谐轻松愉悦的教研氛围。
1、我们组织了公开课的教学。
本学期,杨建秀老师开展了《开卷是否有益》辩论赛,李晓欧老师执教了略读课文《狮子和鹿》。
人人都会是主讲者,同时又是评讲者,每节公开课教学,尽量消除讲课者的顾虑,轻松上阵。
我们提倡不计较讲课成败,主张大胆尝试形式多样,生动有趣的教法。
从大处着眼,探讨和解决平日实际教学中所碰到的问题。
每次公开课教学后,都进行认真地评课总结,认真总结教学的经验与教训,提出改进的方法。
2、每次听课学习活动后,大家心情特别轻松愉快。
这学期我们教研组开展了新课标学习及系列理论学习,既开阔我们的视野,又促进大家之间融洽的交流,加强团结合作的精神。
这样对教研及工作都起到很好的学习促进作用。

【第五单元分数加法和减法】三年级在分数的初步认识里已经教学了同分母分数的加、减法,虽然没有给出计算法则,学生联系直观图形,都知道只要把分子相加、减,分母不变。
在本册教科书《分数的意义和性质》单元里,学生也理解了同分母分数加、减是分数单位的个数相加、减,进一步掌握了计算方法。
本单元继续教学分数加、减法,主要内容有两个:一是异分母分数的加法和减法,二是整数加法运算律、减法性质在分数加、减法里仍然适用。
全单元编排两道例题,具体安排见下表:例1 异分母分数加、减法的计算方法例2 分数连加、连减、加减混合运算教学分数加、减法,要重视算理与算法。
所谓算理是指为什么这样算的道理,所谓算法是指应该怎样算的方法。
计算教学重视算理与算法,不仅要求学生知道计算法则,还要经历形成算法的过程,理解和掌握算法。
计算教学还要重视计算能力的培养,并结合计算发展数学思维。
如,正确、合理、灵活地应用计算知识解决问题,对比较简单的计算能直接说出得数,对比较特殊的计算能探索规律以及适当进行估算、猜想等。
本单元教材在编写时,充分注意了算理与算法的关系,以及知识技能与数学思考的关系。
从两道例题安排的教学内容看,例1更为基础。
进行分数连加、连减、加减混合运算,一般都离不开异分母分数的计算。
如果不具备例1的知识技能,就无法进行稍复杂些的运算。
加法运算律和减法性质在分数加、减法里的应用,没有编排例题,而在练习里带出。
这是考虑到学生已经较好地掌握了整数加法的运算律和减法性质,这些知识和能力能够迁移到有关的分数加、减法里。
让学生主动应用已有的知识和经验解决新的问题,比编排例题教学的效果会更好。
(一)在现实的情境里体会异分母分数相加减要先通分,再加减在已经掌握同分母分数加法和减法的基础上,教学异分母分数的加、减计算,重点是先通分,即要把异分母分数转化成同分母分数。
教材不仅把“先通分”作为计算法则教学,更作为转化策略的实际应用。
