7.包孕法：这种方法多用于英译汉。
所谓包孕是指在把英语长句译成汉语时，把英语后置成分按照汉语的正常语序放在中心词之前，使修饰成分在汉语句中形成前置包孕。
但修饰成分不宜过长，否则会形成拖沓或造成汉语句子成分在连接上的纠葛。
如：

各种各样的“会议”和“委员会”的英语表达CongressCongress 一词常表示专门性代表大会，比较正式而隆重，出席会议的代表一般是选举产生的，会上通过的决议往往具有约束力，中国共产党全国代表大会就是National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party of China, 美国的国会也称Congress。
Congress多指协商讨论性的会议，出席的代表通常是邀请、协商产生或有关单位委派的，会议的决议往往不具有约束力。
MeetingMeeting是其中最普通的词，词义比较笼统，可以泛指各种有目的的集会，如mass meeting(群众大会)，farewell meeting(欢送会)，class meeting(学生开的班会)，由各国元首或政府首脑出席的峰会是summit meeting，现在meeting一词常省略。
Forum/symposium常用来表示座谈会等学术性会议。
Exhibition/show汉语中有些会已不属于meeting的范畴，比如展览会是exhibition 或show；春节期间的庙会可译为temple fair，元宵节的灯会应该是lantern show。
除了以上各种会之外，board, committee, commission 及council这几个可以用来表示委员会的词也很容易混淆。
Board, committee, commission 及council这几个词都可以翻译成委员会，看不出区别。
单独使用的时候，是没有问题的，不会引起混乱。
可是一旦这几个类型的委员会同时出现，若都翻译成委员会，就容易引起混淆了，难以区分不同的组织类型，从而丧失英文语境中本来应该有的涵义。
Board在英语中，board解释为委员会的涵义是an organized body of administrators or investigators，即由一群管理者或者调查人员组成的团体。

各种会议英文名
各种“会议”和“委员会”英文表达一、“两会”指全国人民代表大会(the National People's Congress) 和中国人民政治协商会议(the Chinese People's Political ConsultativeConference)。
两会是每年召开的会议，1.Congress 一词常表示专门性代表大会，比较正式而隆重，出席会议的代表一般是选举产生的，会上通过的决议往往具有约束力，“中国共产党的全国代表大会”就是National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, 美国的国会也称Congress。
2.Conference多指协商讨论性的会议，出席的代表通常是邀请、协商产生或有关单位委派的，会议的决议往往不具有约束力。
