我们不妨问这些问题:这次我们要给买家介绍的是何种产品及推销该产品的哪个卖点?我们的卖点会不会是很多同行都在推销的?我们的卖点是不是现在这个客人需要的?或会不会是客人未来需要的?然后再来电函写作。

在知道这些问题答案后,我们下面来研究写第一封英文函电时要注意哪些细节,哪些是比较适用的,有效的方法。

写第一封英文函电,首先我们必须有个好的标题。

吸引买家注意的标题,这样买家才有可能打开看我们的邮件。

就象我们第一次和人见面,要将自己装扮的漂亮点,帅一点,精神点一样,来吸引大家。

哪些标题才算吸引人,我想大家不妨去看看Yahoo上的产品推销广告(其实很多英文网站都可以看到),看看人家老外用何种标题来推销他们的产品的。

仔细研究一下,我想就知道了。

很简单,只要我们COPY 他们自己习惯的做法就OK。

其次我们必须简单扼要,一目了然。

推销的文字不要多,不要太长。

记住:越简单越好。

简单最美。

但是不要因为简单而忘记自己产品的卖点。

通常我们是这样来写的:第一段:简明扼要的告诉客人我们怎样得知他需求信息,最好是一句话就OK。

第二段:简单扼要的告诉客人我们是该产品的专业生产商或供应商,我们有上乘质量及具有竞争力的价格。
