➢ 定义：又叫皮肤粘膜淋巴结节综合征，是一种原因 未明的血管炎性综合症。表现急性发热、皮肤黏膜 损伤、淋巴结肿大，可发生心脏并发症。
➢ 表现： • 主要症状： • ①原因不明的高热5天，抗生素治疗无效。 • ②手足硬肿，指端红斑，膜状脱屑。 • ③多型性红斑，躯干居多。 • ④球结膜充血。 • ⑤口唇干裂、杨梅舌。 • 浅表淋巴结肿大。凡符合包括发热的5项即可诊断。
5mg/kg.d，共1～3个月。 • 丙球：400mg/kg.d，连用5天或2g/kg，静脉滴注。 • 对症治疗。 ➢ 护理： • 卧床休息 • 注意营养 • 高热的护理 • 观察 • 健康教育
