liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check which has come back marked "insufficient funds." but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.so we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of god's children. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the negro. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning.those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.but there is something that i must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. in the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.we cannot walk alone.and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall march ahead. we cannot turn back. there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as the negro's basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. we can never be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.Learn How to Say NoWe've all been taught that we should help people. It is the right thing to do and will make us popular with others. It may even win us favors in return. However, we must be realistic. We can't say yes to every request. If we did, we would fail or go crazy for sure. Sometimes we simply don't have the time to help. In this case, we must know how to say no politely.When we need to say no, here is one method we can try. First, we should tell the truth. If we really can't do something, we should just say so. Second, we should remember to refuse requests politely. We must communicate clearly, but must also be sincere and sympathetic. A true friend will understand. Finally, we must not feel guilty about saying no. Sometimes refusing others is the right thing to do. It can save ourselves, and them, a lot of trouble. 青春就是要够活力。
每一天都是从朗朗读书声中开始，又从洋溢着笑脸的黄昏结束，就这样在平凡而又快乐的日子里，我们就这样度过了一个愉快的一周。
然而，一个称为""s级难度""的重大任务，就这样降临在心还在飞扬的我们身上。
老师告诉我""在第三周有一个班会，届时全校的老师都会来听........""看着老师一脸严肃，我瞬间紧张起来。
在随后的几天里，大家每天都挤出时间来贡献给班会，虽然已经步入正轨，可每个环节的疏漏还是不少，紧急修改还是没有达到老师的要求，到老师提出星期六加班时，都毫无怨言，加班时，几个同学大多还没睡够，可大家依然在奋斗。

校园生活是绿色的。
操场上绿草如茵，花坛中百花争艳，教学楼旁的香樟投下片片荫凉，处处都充满了生机。
而南外学子们更是朝气蓬勃。
看，同学们正进行着精彩的课前演讲;听，"午间旋律"传来阵阵优美的歌声我们在快乐中学习，在学习中快乐。

校园生活是蓝色的。
蓝色代表勤奋严谨，"天才出于勤奋"，哪一位名人不是驾驶着勤奋的航船到达成功的彼岸。
南外的莘莘学子们也是这样，勤奋踏实、勇于创新是我们的特点。
语文课上那声情并茂的课文朗读，数学课上那巧妙清晰的解题思路，英语课上那标准流利的口语，体育课上那矫健奔跑的身影，构成了南外一道亮丽的风景线。

光阴似箭，日月如梭，回头一看，我已经在星海生活学习了两个多月了。
刚开学的时候，面对这个陌生的集体，陌生的同学和老师，甚至连太阳也似乎变了一个样。
我还不是很适应，甚至还怀念起了小学时光的同学们。
但是很快我就明白了适应环境远比改变环境来得容易。
在这两个月里，我努力适应着，现在我已经完全融入了这个集体，并且我也发现了我们这个班的亮光点。
我们班是由44颗星星构成的，虽然可能我们班的同学，学习不是拔尖，体育不是最好，但是，我们班每一个同学都有一颗诚实，上进，善良的心。
上次，我们学校的小学部，四年级有一个同学得了白血病，全校同学为他捐款，我们班每一个同学都捐了，和到一起，虽然只有3000多圆，在年级里可能不算很多，但是这是我们班每一个同学的心意。
在校运会上我们班也大放光彩，无论是田径赛，无论跳高，跳远，还是投掷，都有我们班运动员大放光彩的身影。
田径赛上我们班上两位同学，如两匹黑马闯入决赛。
跳高比赛中，我们班同学勇夺金牌，体操比赛中，我们班也好不逊色与别人我们坚信，只要齐心协力，没有什么是不可能的，赢要赢得精彩，输要输的光荣，我们会以最饱满的精神去迎接明天!
