Ask them think about what will be discussed in this unit.(This can focus their attention on the theme of this unit. T can let them exchange their information with their deskmates. Any related answers are collected some on blackboard)T: (Very good!) Tell the students the earth is the only planet in the solar system which human beings can live on. And it is also the most beautiful one in the eight planets.
