根据以英语作为母语的人数计算，英语可能是世界上第三大语言，但它是世界上最广泛的第二语言。
世界上60%以上的信件是用英语书写的，上两个世纪英国和美国在文化、经济、军事、政治和科学上的领先地位使得英语成为一种准国际语言。
英语不像汉语一样是象形文字，而是由一个一个字母组成的，英语一共有26个字母，每一个字母又有大写和小写之分，不过同学们不要害怕，英语是一种语言，就像汉语一样，只要你多说多读多练习就能像说汉语一样使用英语了。

How old are you ? 首先，老师要根据上节课的学习情况适当的提问What's your name? 然后引出——介绍自己的时候不仅要介绍姓名，而且要介绍年龄，此时老师可以说出I'm …years old.然后可以问同学们大家多少岁了，知道用英语怎么说么? 此时就可以把数字教学引出来one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen…然后教他们如何读，然后提问，给学生几分钟记住各个单词的意思，打乱顺序让学生写出汉语意思。
当然，我们可以以做游戏的方式让学生记得更牢固，我们可以选十个同学，游戏是这样：每个人代表一个数，老师开头，然后好比我是one我是one，四在哪，四在哪？……通过游戏让学生掌握十个数字。

接下来我们要学习的是水果大家说一说你吃过的水果苹果apple 梨pear 桃子peach 香蕉banana 西瓜watermelon 草莓strawberry 橘子orange各种读和记课间可以穿插各种的小考，答对有奖励什么的，应该会有积极踊跃的接下来就是成句的说It is ….That is ….This is ….新字母：UuVvWwLesson 8 复习课复习容：UuVvWw句型It is ….That is ….This is单词各种各样的水果苹果apple 梨pear 桃子peach 香蕉banana 西瓜watermelon 草莓strawberry橘子orange还有我们学习的之前的各种各样的打招呼同学们忘了没有问好怎么说呢？（Hello，hi）早上好怎么说？（Good morning）下午好呢？（……）晚上好（……）对了，这样才是有礼貌的表现好了来，我们介绍一下自己，介绍自己的时候用的是什么句子呢？对了就是My name is (I)am … years old.那我们还记得介绍男生和女生时候有什么区别吗？（He/She is….His/Her name is ….He/She is … years old.）接下来通过之前的学习，我们可以说出各种水果的名字，同学们记得这些水果怎么说？（苹果apple 梨pear 桃子peach 香蕉banana 西瓜watermelon 草莓strawberry橘子orange）我们还可以数数，谁可以把数字都数出来？新字母：XxYyZzLesson 9通过之前的学习，我们学习了很多而且我们又把26个字母和他们的大小写又学习了一遍今天我们来考考这26个字母，并且想一想在那个单词里有这个字母呢？（拿出纸开始考，叫几个同学上来似乎是个好办法，先自愿，后叫）咱们之前学习的都是述句，就是表示判断的句子，这是什么，我叫什么，那个是什么之类的句子，接下来我们要学习的新句子是疑问句，疑问句顾名思义就是表示疑问的句子，汉语里面讲就是这是什么，是吗之类的句子，英语里的疑问句其实很简单，比如说把这是苹果/This is apple.表达成为疑问句就把这个是苹果吗？/Is this apple？把中间的is拿到句子首就可以了。
其他的以此类推只要把是（is am are提前到句子首）练习：你是学生吗………………之类之类的照例复习之前的疑问句身体部位头head 手hand 胳膊arm 鼻子nose 眼睛eye 手指finger 腿leg脖子neck 腰waist 脚foot（具体看打印资料）一次可先少量学习给同学们一定时间进行记忆接着使用This is my ….来学习这些单词接下来做双人游戏：指着相应部位说This is my …，where is your…？增强对单词的成熟度最后对全班进行单词听写，进行改正纠错。
本课结束通过之前的学习呢学习了一个动词be ，有三种形式（is am are）（不懂的接着讲）这节课我们主要学习的是一些动词Stand upSit downGo to schoolGo homeLikeHaveMake a friend/friends with…………用like 对。
