一、教学内容分析本课是初二年级八单元第六课,本单元涵盖与环境相关的词汇、短语及内容,学生们会了解我们的生活方式如何影响环境,以及理解回收利用的重要性,减少浪费。

学生们会简单了解到生物之间的联系,探索可以采取的环保的行为。

从课文内容及语法知识来看,本课是这一单元综合的一课,所以我把本课设为英语阅读课,让学生通过自己阅读获取重点信息,并仿照文中的表达,联系之前所学,完成任务。

二、教学目标分析根据英语课程标准的要求及本话题的任务,结合学生的实际情况,我确定了本课的教学目标。

(1)知识目标:语法方面有more often的用法,a lot 、much修饰比较级,关于新能源的词的了解,(2)能力目标:能读懂课文,能简单复述文章,能简单表达自己喜好的出行方式,能用动词不定式(3)德育目标:通过课文提到的汽车对环境不利,倡导绿色出行,极探索新能源,激发学生想象力。

三、教学策略本次教学的对象是八年级的学生,经过一个学年的英语学习,学生应该已经有一定的基础,能自由运用所学知识进行基本话题的交流。

且本单元的话题及本课任务设定应符合他们的兴趣。

但由于种种原因,整个年级英语学科很薄弱,学生的基础差,开口能力和动手能力都不强。

对英语也不太有兴趣,所以针对此情况,我的设计比较简单,逐项完成训练,多给予图文及语言引导,最终达到教学目的。

本课侧重培养学生的表达能力,培养学生熟练运用所学功能用语谈论交通方式。

利用多媒体,创设情景,培养学生直接用英语理解和思维的能力。

在具体教学过程中始终将学生置于主体地位,使他们不停的动脑子将零散的语言组织到一起,并积极表达出来,达到培养和强化学生的语言实践能力。

通过两两对话及小组任务型活动培养学生互相合作的学习方法,这种合作有两层含义:一是行动上的合作,二是知识资源共享和思想方法的合作;3、通过设置情景,以情景带动语言,培养学生使用语言的能力和交际能力。

四、教学重点及难点(1)重点:课文当中的关于各种交通方式的表达(2)难点:灵活运用重点并熟练表达。

一、教材分析
本单元重点谈论关于环境保护的话题,尤其关注了世界上年轻人对环保的态度和做法。

它以“拯救我们的世界”为主题,重点剖析了垃圾种类及来源,并探讨了一些切实可行的减少污染的方法。

本节是单元第二课,综合技能部分的阅读重点介绍了北美学生如何爱护环境,减少污染。

除了要掌握基本的语言知识点,更要求学生增强环保意识,懂得在日常生活中保护环境,改善环境的重要意义,并学会勤俭节约,使我们的生存环境更加美丽。

由于本篇课文阅读难度较低,故在教学中应将教学重点放在培养学生对课文内容的理解、提炼和整理以及号召学生们行动起来减少身边的污染。

二、学情分析
通过上一课的学习(Brian, Jenny and Danny决定发动全班同学清扫校园里的垃圾)学生已初步了解“污染”这一概念。

课前,先要求学生去关注环境问题,搜集拍摄生活地相关污染图片,和家长或同伴讨论环境的变化。

这些相关文化背景知识可以引导学生预测课文内容,激活相关知识网络。

将要授课的初二3班,学生英语综合运用能力水平不错。

对于需要掌握的词汇和接触词汇,以及文中出现的宾语从句和定语从句,前期学习中均有所接触涉及,不会对阅读形成障碍。
