- 考试时间：安排在4月22日（周六），上午8:30开始，下午13:30开始。

- 考试注意事项：
- 考生必须自觉服从考试工作人员管理，严格遵守考试纪律，不得妨碍考试工作人员履行职责，不得扰乱考场及其他考试工作地点的秩序。

- 考生须凭《准考证》参加考试。

一、试题分析·（一）听力部分（考试时间20分钟）听力理解”考点一览表【试题分析】从素材来看，2020年的听力理解考查的功能意念项目主要集中在社会交往、时间、空间、情感与情绪等方面。

二、命题要求
英语学业考试要有利于体现《英语课程标准》所提倡的课程理念；有利于检验初中英语教学是否全面贯彻、落实了《英语课程标准》所规定的相关教学目标与要求；有利于引导广大英语教师与学生注重英语学习过程，改进教学实践与学习方式，拓展学习渠道，提高学习效率；进而有利于推进英语学科的课程改革，提高英语教育教学质量。

为实现上述目标，英语学科命题应遵循教育部《课程改革实验区初中毕业英语学业考试命题指导》中所提出的以下原则：
1.命题应以《英语课程标准》所规定的五级目标要求为主要依据，以考查学生综合语言运用能力为目标，不应拘泥于具体版本教材的内容。

2.命题既要注意考查学生对基础语言知识和基本语言技能的掌握情况，也要注意考查学生在具体情境中运用所学语言分析问题、解决问题的能力。

3.命题所选择的语言素材和所创设的语言情境应符合学生的认知规律和身心发展水平，尽量贴近时代和学生生活实际。

4.要尽量选用真实、地道、典型的当代英语素材，尽可能提供语义相对完整的语境，按照语言的实际使用情形命题。

5.要确保试题的效度和信度，并根据学业考试的性质确定试题的难度；要杜绝繁、难、偏、旧的试题，控制试题题量；主观性试题和客观性试题的比例要适当；命制主观性试题既要考虑到试题的效度，又要考虑到试题的信度和阅卷工作的可行性；听力测试应着重检测学生理解和获取信息的能力；笔试应避免单纯语音知识题和单纯语法知识题；适当增加具有语境的应用型试题。

6.要根据试题的考查目的和考查重点，科学、合理地制定评分标准，不断提高命题的科学性和质量。

三、考试目标和内容
初中毕业英语学业考试的目标是全面检查初中毕业生在义务教育阶段掌握的英语语言基础知识和所具备的综合语言运用能力。

考试内容是全日制义务教育阶段七年级至九年级应该完成
的教学内容，分为语言知识和语言技能两个方面。

Ⅴ、听力填空要求考生根据所听内容填空，完成相应任务。

Ⅵ、补全对话要求考生根据对话内容，从对话后的选项中选出能填入空白处的最佳选项。

选项中有两项为多余选项。

Ⅶ、阅读理解（二）要求考生根据所提供的语篇内容，简要回答问题。

Ⅷ、词语运用要求考生根据所提供的语篇内容，用方框中所给出的词的正确形式填空，使短文意思通顺、正确、连贯。

方框中有两个词是多余的。

Ⅸ、书面表达：要求考生根据所提供的情景，用英语写一篇80词左右的短文。

情景包括目的、对象、时间、地点、内容等；提供情景的形式有图画、图表、提纲等。
