本单元内容与实际生活息息相关,是学生感兴趣的话题,是对情态动词can引导的一般疑问句的进一步学习(七年级上册Unit10已学过),又是对本册Unit3所学的用现在进行时表将来的巩固,谈论已有的计划或安排。

2.本课时的特点:我要说的Self Check是巩固复习课,是本单元知识的小结和运用课,同时也包括了新知识的学习。

本课时作为整个单元的压轴和收尾部分,对学生提出了更高要求,体现了“在用中学,在学中用,学了就用”的新课标理念,在教材中占有重要地位和作用。

可以说,本课时是本单元的一个标点符号:一个句号。

二.学情分析学生是学习的主体,对学生情况的分析是教学工作的关键环节,学情分析也包括了两个方面:1.八年级学生的特点:八年级学生经过一年多系统的英语学习,具备了一定的基础和听说能力,正逐步向读,写过渡,通过一年多新课程理念的熏陶和实践,有了初步自主合作,分析归纳的能力。

并处于知识积累,前后知识衔接,培养良好的学习习惯的关键时期。

大部分学生对英语有一定兴趣,但由于知识的安排由浅入深,有少数学生对这门学科产生了厌恶心理,消除学生厌学情绪,激发学习兴趣显得至关重要。

2.我的学生的特点:我的教学对象是边远农村学生,英语基础薄弱,学习习惯还有待提高,学习目标不明确,与全区其它学校学生相比存在很大差距,但是课堂上发言积极,具有勇于表现自我,不怕失败的精神。

因此,对我的学生采用什么样的教学方法是我面临的最大挑战。

《Can you come to my party?》说课稿大家好!今天我和大家共同探讨的内容是新目标英语八年级上册第五单元Can you come to my party? Section A的第一课时。

【说教材分析】(1)教材编写意图、地位及作用本单元以“Can you come to my party?”为中心话题,围绕“发出邀请,接受邀请,拒绝邀请”展开教学,其内容与实际生活息息相关,是学生感兴趣的话题。

本节课的内容是对情态动词can 引导的一般疑问句的进一步学习。

通过学习,使学生了解西方的社会礼仪文化,学会礼貌用语的表达和一些人际交往的艺术。

(2)教学目标经过一年多系统的英语学习,八年级学生具备了一定的基础和听说能力,正逐步向读、写过渡。

而且在七年级上册十单元Can you play the guitar?中已经学习过由can引导的一般疑问句。

为了使学生能获得更多的英语基础知识和进一步运用英语交际的能力,我确立了本节课的三维目标:知识与能力目标:1、掌握如何发出邀请,接受邀请,拒绝邀请。

2、掌握并巩固can、have to 、be doing sth. 的用法。

3、能谈论自己的义务或已有的计划与安排。

过程与方法目标:1、通过对话,交流信息,在真实的情境中培养学生综合语言运用语言的能力。

2、在体验式教学中,促进学生参与教学活动,使他们明白英语的实用性,激发其使用英语于日常生活中的欲望。

情感态度与价值观目标:1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣,并引导他们将兴趣转化为稳定的学习动机。

(3)教学重难点新课程标准的总体目标是培养学生的综合运用语言的能力。

因此,我把谈论发出邀请、接受邀请、拒绝邀请的语言目标作为教学重点,教学难点是拒绝邀请时会准确的运用have to、be doing sth .说出自己的理由。

中间穿插了情态动词can, have to 的用法。

而本课是一节听说课,重点在于培养学生的听说能力。

特别要求学生学会在请求别人做某事时使用礼貌用语。

一.教学目标:(知识目标、能力目标、德育目标)(1)知识目标:通过本单元的学习让学生掌握有关邀请和请求许可的用语,拒绝邀请及合理的解释,在互动的交流中学会谈论自己的计划安排。

并学会制作邀请函。

(2)能力目标:通过在真实情境中的对话操练,听力练习,游戏以及制作邀请函,培养学生动脑,动口和动手的能力。

和语言在真实情境中运用的能力。

(3)德育目标:在交际,操练和动手操作的合作学习过程中,培养同学们的合作意识,增进同学间的友谊,并培养学生礼貌的接受和合理的拒绝别人请求的意识。

本节课是第一课时,内容为1a-2d 部分,围绕“邀请”这一话题,开展教学活动,并以这一主题引出怎样接受或拒绝别人的邀请。

本课旨在创造一个轻松、愉快的学习、交流环境,是一个涵盖听、说、读、写、演,学生通过“任务---探究---创造--- 评价”型教学的方法,在有趣、开放式的语言环境中,学会观察、思考、讨论、模仿运用语言和总结,培养学生综合运用这些知识进行英语交际的能力能力。

学情分析:本单元教材面对的是七年级下学期的学生,基本上都有四五年的英语学习年龄。

对于英语的基本学习出现以下问题:学得会,看得懂,会做题,可是不会说或不敢说。

同时学生的英语能力产生了一定的差距,特别是在知识和语言技能上的差距比较明显。

他们有一定的兴趣,渴望被肯定,但由于差距,有的学生接受能力差反映能力慢,害怕当众说英语,不敢表现自我。

教学理念:本单元语法以情态动词can 的用法为主,句型也是简单的表达难度不大,根据新课程标准提倡的任务型教学,在课堂教学中我们设计了不同形式的任务,以便充分训练学生的听、说、读、写技能,培养学生综合运用英语进行交际的能力,我结合本单元的题材,以视频中老鼠的wedding party 进行warm up,再以三个问题导入课文,课堂中利用图片、笑脸和苦脸引导学生使用语言,重在“语言应用”教学目标:1.知识目标:a.学习,理解掌握和运用以下单词: prepare, prepare for, exam,flu,go to the doctor.help parentb.学习,理解掌握和运用以下词组①prepare for an exam; ②help my parents; ③go to the doctor; ④meet my friend; ⑤have the flu; ⑥on Saturday afternoonc.学习,理解掌握和运用以下句子:A: Can you come to my party on Saturday afternoon?B: Sure, I’d love to.C: Sorry, I can’t.
