Status and functionThis lesson is a reading passage. It plays a very important role in the English teaching of this unit. By studying this lesson, Ss can improve their readingability. The Ss should receive some moral education. At the same time, we should get the Ss to learn some words and some expressions about protecting wild animals.3.
