三等奖；xx年获得小学英语教师技能大赛板书设计、简笔画一等奖；xx年获得英语教师技能大赛板书设计、简笔画一等奖；教案《北师大版4下Unit11 Uncle Jack’s farm》获得小学英语教案设计评比二等奖；《好言一句三冬暖－浅谈小学英语课堂中的积极性评价》选登在成华区教育局城市流动人口子女义务教育阶段的学校适应性研究中期成果集；《校本教研的案例研究給我成长的平台》获得第三届全国“小学英语新课程探索与教学观摩与研讨会”优秀论文三等奖。
年获得儿童英语学堂暨成华区优质课展评一等奖；《激发学生兴趣提高参与度》获得基础教育改革优秀论文三等奖；《如切如磋，如琢如磨－浅谈新课程理念中师生互动》获得09年教育改革论文二等奖。
XX老师所教的班级从第一次学业水平平均分只有30多分到后来一步步提升最后有的班级甚至超过了区示范校平均分。
三人行必有我师，英语教研组成立之初XX老师担任了英语教研组的组长，但是XX 老师一点没有认为自己是组长了，就把工作退给自己的组员完成，相反每次英语组有工作要承担，XX老师都是先帮助组内老师完成了之后再来完成自己的那一部分工作。
为了提升英语教师队伍的成长，XX老师每次参加了市级的培训活动后都把活动中有意义的培训资料整理成文档共享在英语组的群里，让老师们可以第一时间了解到培训的内容，为了帮助老师们能够真正提升自己的
课堂教学能力，XX老师悉心向学校分管领导、教研员请教。
从真实的课堂入手每学期抓住一个研究点，让老师们把自己教学中问题最多困难最大的班级和课堂活动设计在组内活动中展示出来，正是因为XX老师的真诚和对组内老师的诚意，老师们都没有顾虑地投身到课堂研究中来，几年下来在XX老师和组内老师的共同努力下，英语教研组在xx年“英语教研组1+1+3组内上课听课评课”模式与成华区老师们交流获得一致好评。
年获得“青年教师教材结构研读比赛”小学英语一等奖；作为一名小学英语教师应该具备敏锐地捕捉信息的能力，xx年初成华区提出了开展小专题研究，XX老师带领英语教师团队围绕儿童英语课堂开展“Happy together”活动研究。
通过对学生在英语课堂中的小组合作学习研究，探究更有效的教学方法，让学生融入到英语学习活动中。

平台给予发展，正是因为学校大环境给了XX老师成长的平台加上XX 老师自身的不懈努力，让XX老师有机会可以一步步从一名普通的英语教师逐步成长为名师。

科带头人，在这样的机会下XX老师如饥似渴地通过教师专业发展、专家引领、新名同行这些活动进一步提升自己。
先后在“课堂教学三部曲”“转变学科教材理解方式”专家讲座和名师博客建立再到新名同行微课活动中，XX老师自己在不断成长的同时还不断帮助新教师迅速地成长起来。
短短的9年时间XX老师从刚刚进校懵懵懂懂的站在讲台上不知所措到现在组织课堂井然有序，从刚开始只知道埋头钻研自己的教学到现在每周一次又计划的校本教研再到区级的展示活动，从面对学生只知道讲单词和句型到如今关注儿童英语课堂关注生本教育，成长是需要经历一些磨难和疼痛，就如钢铁是怎样炼成的，XX老师用她的实际行动展示了一名普通的老师，只要心中装满了对学生的爱，就一定可以成为一名优秀的教师。
