《超级英雄》(SUPERHERO)教学设计大朗中学张健一、课程分析:本课的位置处于新课程高中英语模块1(Module 1)中的第二单元Heroes。

在本单元,学生会学习到关于英雄的很多种话题,诸如宇航员,历史缔造者,体育明星乃至本课的电影明星----身残志坚的“超人”。

本课是阅读课,学生在原有的阅读人物基础上,更进一步学习描写人物的写作策略,即写作前如何创建Outline,同时,更加深一步对“英雄”这一概念的体会和理解,真正珍惜自己的健康,热爱生命,挑战挫折!本课的重点在于掌握阅读策略:Working out meaning.二、学情分析:学生通过以前的学习,对于人物介绍的方式大致了解。

本课的话题更贴近他们的兴趣和爱好,而且大部分的学生对“超人”都比较熟悉。

所以可以利用这种情景,教授学生摈弃过去那种习惯于依赖词典查词明了词义的不良习惯,掌握Working out meaning 的阅读策略,从而大幅度提高阅读速度和理解力。

因此,Working out meaning 的阅读策略也是本课的学习难点。

三、设计理念:1,利用“超人”的电影插片,唤起学生的浓烈兴趣,奠定课堂的热烈气氛,并借助插片的情节,铺垫情意背景,帮助学生对阅读材料深刻、细致了解。

2,借助诱思探究的教学论,引导学生用眼观察,动脑思考,分析如何“透视”构建文章的“骨架”—Outline;重视上下文语境的引导,不断反复启发、诱导学生思考探究的途径,自己归纳阅读策略,再反复实践、验证并达到熟练掌握。

3,教学策略:情意和启发策略(Affection & enlightenment);学习策略:自主与合作、讨论并归纳及“工作坊”式(Learner-based &co-operative, discussion & inductive, and workshop)。

教学辅助:多媒体课件、录音机、简笔画等辅助学生掌握并完成课堂任务。
