教学目的与要求
词汇：menu.
句型：On Monday/Tuesday/... we have... .
语音：字母组合ch,tch,ow在单词中的读音。
功能：谈论每日在学校的午餐食谱。

教具准备
1．有关食物的图片：hot dogs, noodlles, rice, fish, hamburgers, dumplings, ice cream, oranges,
eggs, peaches, carrots, cakes, grapes, melons, vegetables等。
2．卡片：on, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday。
3．录音机。
教学法步骤和方法建议
一 热身活动
1．全班唱英文歌曲：There Are Seven Days
2．教师告诉学生今天要继续学习有关一周七天的内容，提示并板书课题：Lesson4
二 复习导入
1．用单词卡片复习七个表示星期几的单词，以及复习使用“on+星期几”表示时间的介词短语。在复习过程中可采用比赛的形式，说对的同学奖励一张画有食物的图片，复习结束时让得到图片的学生把图片贴到黑板上。
2．让学生用英语说出黑板上食物的名称，以复习有关食物的单词。
三 教授新课
1．教学school lunch menu
教师在黑板上将表示星期一到星期五的单词卡片和食物的图片随意地摆成一个简单的菜单，并说：Look! This is our school lunch menu. 教学menu及school lunch menu。在菜单的正上方板书：School Lunch Menu,并教学。
2．句型教学
教师告诉学生：On Monday we come to school by bus. We have lunch at school.接着指着黑板 2 上的菜单说On...we have... .让学生操练。引导学生看着黑板上的菜单说出类似的句子。
