尊敬的各位领导，老师们：上午好2014年下半年，我有幸在成都参加了为期三个月的“国培计划——“小学英语”班的培训学习。
纵观本次培训活动安排，既有发人深省、启迪智慧的专题讲座、讨论互动、观摩研讨、案例评析、论文撰写，教育研究的理论培训，也有亲近课堂、体验名师风采的实践锻炼。
这些活动都是我们小学英语教师所关注的领域：下面就学习过程给领导和同行们做一个简单的汇报，如有不当之处，请各位领导、老师批评指正：整个学习共分三个阶段第一阶段知识文化盛宴–理论学习在2013年的暑假里，我们聆听了大概20多天的精彩讲座，这次的理论学习分为知名专家讲座、本地专家传经、一线知名教师讲解等。
讲座的内容涉及各个方面。
各位专家老师的讲座，阐述了他们对小学英语教学的独特见解，对新课程的各种看法，对思想方法的探讨，并向我们介绍了比较前沿的教育理论知识。
讲座的形式多种多样。
其中李栩老师的语篇教学背景下的小学英语教学，即“语篇整体教学法”让我受到震撼，它颠覆了我们平时的教学程序-单词呈现——单词操练——句型呈现——句型操练——课文教学的模式。
语篇教学是指：在具体有意义的语境中教学单词和句型，主张从语篇整体入手，展现给学生完整的语言概念。
它并非单纯的知识的的教学，它始终以学生为主体，以发展学生的能力为目的，让学生在教师的引导下感知、理解和运用语言。
这种模式的教学也就是说倡导我们向语文学科的教学模式学习，具体步骤步骤是1、复习启动2、任务呈现3、任务准备/课文教学A、课文导入B、课文呈现整篇课文的大意获取C、关键语句整体学习D、核心词汇学习E、难句感知 F、课文巩固，分段细学。
最后是运用实践与任务完成，汇报表演课文。
这种学习模式的优点就是让学生更清楚的知道英语作为一种语言交流的工具，更加强调它的交际性，孩子们学会的语言到底是用在生活中的什么地方。
还有樊波老师让我对《小学英语新课程标准》有了更清晰的认识；她给我们系统解读了小学英语新课程标准，其中让我印象最深的是小学英语课堂教学目标有五个维度，单纯以词句为重的教学，只达到了第一个教学目标：知识目标，还有能力目标，情感态度，学习策略，文化意识四方面在课堂中就很少得到训练，所以这节课我设计了以歌曲为主线的发展孩子情感目标的深化主题教育活动：从最开始的教育孩子爱自己的爷爷奶奶、爸爸妈妈，学校和老师，到结束的要爱护我们的小动物。
