1. have got 是一个整体词组，意思是‘有’ 肯定句 ： I have got a new book. 否定句：I haven’t got a new book. 一般疑问句：Have you got a new book? Yes , I have. No , I haven’t.
2. has got 是have got 的第三人称单数形式 肯定句：She has got a new sweater. 否定句：She hasn’t got a new sweater. 一般疑问句：Has she got a new sweater? Yes , she has. No , she hasn’t.
