大学生就业难的英语演讲
1、The severe employment situation
As we all know, about a decade ago, college students could find satisfactory jobs after graduation. But now, things are different. Today's college students usually have much pressure in finding good jobs. Here, it is a chart about the employment rate of college students of past few days. As is shown in the chart , we can see clearly that the employment rate of college students is lower and lower year by year. In 2005, the rate is 76 percent, 2009 is 73 percent and in 2012, it has down to 70 percent. That is to say, every year there are about 30% of the graduates can not find a job.
Why do so many college students can not find jobs? To my consideration, there are several causes. I will present the phenomenon from the aspects of social、higher education and college students.
2、Causes of this phenomenon
2.1 To begin with, it is the Social Causes.
First, the standards of many enterprises are too high. On the one hand, many companies and enterprises often refuse to accept new employees who have no working experience even though they do need some employees. On the other hand, some of them only recruit the key university graduates.
Second, according to statistics, 99.5% of the enterprises are small and medium enterprises which employ the 65% - 80% of workers in a country. But there are too few small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in China.
Third, the eastern region for graduates can provide a good living environment and development prospects. So intense competition for college students exist in these areas.
2.2Then, it is the Causes of our higher education
On the one hand, the most direct reason of the huge unemployment is the increase enrollment of college students. However, the speed of society development is slower than the speed of the increase of graduated students. The society can't provide enough job positions and which in turn cause a large number of surplus students in the job market.
On the other hand, our higher education pays too much attention to the theory and basic knowledge, and fails to adapt their courses to the development of economy. College students are lack of trainings and internship opportunities before they enter the society.
2.3 Last but not the least, it is the Causes of college graduates
First of all, most of them take an attitude of a leisurely life of playing computer, chatting with their friends or sleeping as much as they want, knowing that just a short time of study before exam will help them pass it. So they lack of a broad range of knowledge accumulation and the ability to solve practical problems.
Second, they lack of language skills. So they can not fully show themselves, and thus missed a lot of work opportunities.
Finally, many students pay much attention on pursuing their own material interest. They always want to get a good job in a big company or government
department in some developed cities and often expecting a considerable salary, which causes the drastic competition in the big cities' job market.
3、Conclusion
All in all, the current employment situation is still very pessimistic for many college graduates. But it does’t mean that they can not find jobs, just some of them can’t find satisfactory jobs. We should face this fact with positive attitude. Because competition is not only pressure but also strength for your employment.。

大学生就业英语演讲稿
大学生就业英语演讲稿高校生就业英语演讲稿(三)The difficulties young Chinese university graduates have had in finding a job over the past few months have been making the headlines in the media and causing concern throughout society. Education professionals in China have all had something to say about it.A good number of them, referring to the current phase of social transition in China, have come out in favour of the mass education programme that has been practised in recent years in Chinese universities. Others have raised doubts about the reliability of the figure of only 70% as the rate of employment for new graduates, which they consider to be alarmist. In fact, according to the statistics provided by the Ministry of Education itself, out of the 2.12 million graduates in the general higher education sector in 2022, 640,000 had not signed a work contract by the end of their studies In these circumstances, it is understandable that in the current labour market in Shanghai, for example, new university graduates are settling for a monthly salary of 1,200 yuan, slightly more than double Shanghai’s minimum wage, at the same time as they are having to face significant overheads (superannuation, unemployment insurance, health insurance, etc.).If we take into account the cost of living in Shanghai (including accommodation, transport and telecommunications), it would appear that the salary of these graduates is barely enough to cover their basic needs . The purpose of this article is to better understand the current unemployment of young graduates, beyond any proposals being put forward in the context of higher education reform.。
大学毕业生找工作难的现象很普遍英语作文
大学毕业生找工作难的现象很普遍英语作文English: One common phenomenon for college graduates is the difficulty in finding a job after graduation. This is largely due to the increasing competitiveness of the job market, with more and more graduates entering the workforce each year. Additionally, the mismatch between the skills acquired in university and the demands of employers further exacerbates the problem. Many graduates lack practical skills and work experience, which are often required by companies. The lack of connections and networking opportunities also hinders the job search process for many college graduates. Furthermore, the economic downturn and the impact of COVID-19 have made the job market even more challenging, with many companies halting their hiring processes or implementing hiring , these factors have contributed to the widespread difficulty that college graduates face when trying to secure employment.中文翻译: 大学毕业生找工作难的现象很普遍。
Challenge to All(关于挑战和大学生就业的英语演讲稿)
Challenge to all--College students, be preparedSince the beginning of human civilization, we have experienced countless challenges, in spite of that; we eventually have survived and prospered. Today, in 2020, after the storm taken by the COVID-19, a host of new challenges is lying ahead. The job prospect is just one of them. According to data released by BOSS Direct Recruitment ,the number of new jobs for fresh college graduates in 2020 has dropped by 49% compared with the same period last year .Therefore, how to deal with the harsh employment environment and how to take our lives in our hands then ensure a better future for ourselves ?First of all, having a confident and committed mindset is significant. We may not find an ideal job right after graduation; we may be rejected many times and still at a loss in the job market. But remember that, never give up, never give up being confident. Just like Churchill and Lincoln, Only those who “keep their eyes on the prize” will find their endeavors successful. In the second place, we should make full use of time to take in knowledge, to learn some necessary practical skills, by which hopefully we can expand our future career development and possibilities.Last but not least, EQ plays a unique role in the employment process of college students. High EQ shows strong psychological quality andgood interpersonal skills, which will make us more competitive.Victor Hugo once said“To live is to be a person who always takes challenges”.I believe in being confident all the time, mastering knowledge and skills, and focusing on developing emotional quotient. we can conquer any challenge, such as coming out of the grim job prospect, and guarantee a bright future for ourselves.。

关于就业的英语演讲稿
关于就业的英语演讲稿篇一:关于大学生就业问题的英语演讲稿Ladies and gentlemen,It’s a great honor for me to speak to you all here tonight. My name is sunny, from the department of mechanical engineering. I’m a happy, honest and easy-going girl.Well today’s topic was about students’ employment. The topic brought me back to the last summer vacation when I got my first part-time job through an agency. It was not a family tutor or something, it was about selling a house near the Olympic Sport Center in Nanjing. What I had to do was to introduce the house to some shop owners and take them to see it if they are interested in. I remembered clearly how I encouraged myself every time to enter a shop with the ad sheets in my hand. I remembered clearly how I tried to keep a smile said sorry to bother you when they turned a cold face to me. And I remembered clearly the heat sun of last summer, my sweat mixed with my tears every day I went back home. I had come a long way. There were plenty of times when I should have got beaten. However I keptholding on even at last I failed. I didn’t sell the house out. But the experience gave me a lot. Now I’m not afraid of being rejected or criticized. When hard work doesn’t seem to pay off, I see it as a blessing in disguise, for the faith in me never die, my spirit was never broken. I understood two words: try and persistence.Today we face an economic slowdown, we panic at unemployment, and we hear too many complaints. Let’s have a quick review at our past 20 years. We worked hard for key high school, struggled to enter a better college, and when we finally get out of the campus, we are just like the flower buds, cannot wait to blossom quickly to display our beauty and fragrance to the society. But we find that we are now in a dilemma of economic crisis, our vigor, vitality and enthusiasm are gradually covered by the falling snow of worry, fear and self-distrust.So tonight, I’m standing here to use my own story to summon up our courage and voice my opinion.First, I want to say. Don’t be afraid. Even if we lived in a economic boom, we would still have to faceother kind of pressure. So what we always need is persistence, self-belief and a dream. So that’s the second. Choose what you like, set a goal and sail your life boat towards it. Everyone in the world has a dream, a goal, a vision, which is a driving power to pull you forward in life.Third, keep a down-to-earth attitude on your job hunting. Maybe your first job is really unsatisfactory, but step by step, you get the top. Blood, toil, tears and sweat is a must during the process.Four, never stop on the road of learning. It’s never too old to learn. We need to make our weapons shaper than before to tackle those new challenges.Five, pay attention to your health, exercise more, smile a lot. Still there is six, seven, eight points should be listed here. Make the long story short, believe we are young, we have a bright future, job is just a part of it!篇二:大学生就业难-英语演讲稿Present situation in graduates’ seeking jobs Hello everyone! Today I am goanna talk something about graduates’ plight in finding jobs.As we can see in recent years, the meaning of the word “graduation”has stood for another word: Unemployment. Why would this situation occurI list three main factors that probably lead to the above strange phenomena, which are:scarce positions; differences between education and employment; high pressure.Competition among graduates is growing more and more fiercely. The speed of growing number of new positions can hardly satisfy the number of graduates every year. Facing this grim situation, many returnees compromised and choose those jobs offering little salary with no requirements in which they likely wasting what they have learned abroad. Therefore finding a job which matches someone’s all requests has become an “Arabian Nights”.Secondly, education in china only focuses on teaching knowledge rather than developing skills which exactly are the most valuable point when hiring a staff. We know how a plane flies, why a light shines, but even when the fuse is broken, we behave like the end of the world is coming. Companies require people who can bringvalues instead of learning how to bring values from the beginning. This sort of differences makes most of the graduates not reach the basic requirements of a professional position.Last but not least, everyone is facing pressure from life. Earning high salary in Shanghai is essential if you wish to enjoy your life not only to survive. But graduates are often subconsciously divided into different levels: 985, 211, or none well-known universities. Different levels of graduates get different feedback from work while they are facing the same society and consumption level. HR judge graduates by the degree of education from the first glance of their resumes. Some excellent but graduated from unwell-known universities do not even have an opportunity to get an interview. The pressure of tinted glass in choosing graduates is unfair but inevitable.Accept those are acceptable and change those are unacceptable. Everyone is experiencing this situation. We should learn to increase our own value so that jobs seeking us than we seeking jobs.篇三:大学生就业英语演讲稿大学生就业英语演讲稿graduates’ pressure in finding jobsnowadays, more and more university graduates complain that graduation does not equate to employment. they experience great difficulties finding satisfactory jobs. what is the cause of this phenomenon in my opinion, there are four causes:first, graduates lack experience. they spend most of their time at school studying academic subjects and lack relevant job training. only after graduation do they realize it’s hard to find jobs.second, competition among graduates grows more bitter and more bitter and bitter. the supply of university graduates exceeds social demand. this results in a decreased chance for any individual graduate to find a job.third, some students don’t study hard. some of them skip classes just because they have no interest in certain subjects. some play computer games or pursue other interests. some sleep in class or in the library. then they leave the sheltered environment of the university campus, to discover they don’t haveadequate knowledge to apply for many positions, which makes them feel lost and frustrated. finally, some graduates are conceited. they lack experience but ask for a high salary, which is impractical.so, university students should try their best to change this situation. when they are in school, they should make the most of their time and put their heart into their studies. they can hold part-time jobs in their spare time to accumulate relevant work experience. they should take part in some social activities and provide themselves with special training, if possible. when they graduate and apply for jobs, they should attach more importance to accumulating experience than to their starting salary.on university students’ pressure in finding jobsabout a decade ago, university students could find satisfactory and enviable jobs after their graduation. but now, things are different. today's university students usually have much pressure in finding fairly good jobs. they always say disappointedly that graduation means joblessness. why nowadays university students have so much pressure infinding jobs篇四:谈大学生就业俞敏洪英文演讲稿责任观《俞敏洪演讲谈大学生就业及创业》有感于不久前,在老师指导下,观看了《俞敏洪演讲谈大学生就业及创业》,心有所感。

【篇⼀】⼤学⽣就业英语演讲稿 Nowadays, the employment of college students is becoming more and more of a problem. According to statistics, about 30% of graduate students can't find a job after graduation. These college student who cannot find jobs are at their worst. Why college graduates have difficulty finding jobs? Why is it a big problem that puzzled people for years? The reason for it is various. The main reason has the following points: Firstly, the number of the college student is increasing faster and faster these years. In addition, many colleges and universities fail to adapt their courses to the development of economy. Secondly, It's easy for some students to find work. But the fact is that some students don't want to do the job, they except to find a work with a higher salary. In addition, some graduates did not work hard in college, so they are not competent for jobs they want. Last but not least, some college students cannot come to terms with themselves and with the world around them. They pursue too high goals and are too particular about such factors as working conditions, salary, and so on. Therefore, they are reluctant to accept the job when they are offered to them. How can we deal with the problem? In my opinion, students who are in colleges must work harder than before to keep their competitiveness. Only in this way can we find a suitable job. The government should take effective measures to expand employment. I do believe that this problem will be resolved soon.【篇⼆】⼤学⽣就业英语演讲稿 Nowadays, with the development of education, increasing the number of University students. They would become the backbone of society, so that their employment will affect the future of themselves, their families and society. Then, the employment situation of college students about what? In fact, college students "job challenge" has become a hot topic. Due to the effects of the economic crisis, in 2009, the graduate employment rate of 86%, in 2010, it rose to 89.6%, 2011 90.8%, 2012 is 91.5%, but in 2013, it dropped again to 86%. In recent years, the volatility of college student employment rate, but the overall trend is still rising slowly. According to the Chinese Academy of social sciences, statistics, end-2013 there will be 100,000 students are unemployable, 5.92 million employment challenges that students face. Therefore, students ' employment situation is still very serious. What, then, caused the employment problems of college students? I think there are three main reasons: first of all, in terms of students, many college students personal knowledge or practice of incompetence, lack of job skills, is the lack of psychological preparation for interview. And some of the college students ' employment concept is not correct, expectations were too high. Most important is that they lack social experience. Secondly, in the schools, some university courses set unreasonable, unable to adapt to society's demand for talents and graduates ' employment guidance and services will also need to improve. Furthermore, social aspects, social employment information system is not perfect, some examination of the enterprise or institution exists injustice, discrimination in employment, such as gender discrimination, account of discrimination still exists. Facing unemployment problem, as college students, we should have its own future career planning. For me, I'm calm, patience and hard work. I like reading and writing, and I'm majoring in Chinese language and literature, so I have a wealth of expertise. I am a school newspaper, a journalist, so I had interviews, and editing experience. I hope that the future will be an edit. In this dream, I will study the first two years at the University, how to interview and writing and contribution. After two years at the University, I would get in practice, accumulate work experience, multiple predecessors for advice. I believe that if I’m hard-working enough, I can achieve my dream in the fierce competition for jobs.【篇三】⼤学⽣就业英语演讲稿 The difficulties young Chinese university graduates have had in finding a job over the past few months have been making the headlines in the media and causing concern throughout society. 严峻的就业形势英文作文
严峻的就业形势英文作文英文:The job market is currently facing a severe situation. As a recent graduate, I have experienced firsthand the difficulties of finding a job in this competitive environment. The pandemic has only worsened the situation, with many companies cutting jobs and reducing hiring. One of the biggest challenges for job seekers is the lack of available positions. Many companies are not hiring or have reduced their hiring, leaving a smaller pool of opportunities for job seekers. This has led to increased competition for each position, making it even harder to stand out and secure a job.Another issue is the requirement for experience. Even entry-level positions often require a certain amount of experience, which can be difficult for recent graduates or those looking to switch careers. This creates a catch-22situation where you need experience to get a job, but you need a job to gain experience.Additionally, the rise of automation and technology has also impacted the job market. Many jobs that were once done by humans are now being replaced by machines, leading to a decrease in demand for certain positions.Despite these challenges, there are still opportunities out there for job seekers. Networking and building relationships can often lead to job opportunities that may not be advertised. It's also important to be open to different industries and positions, as sometimes a job in a different field can lead to unexpected and fulfilling career paths.中文:目前就业市场面临着严峻的形势。

Companies require people who can bring values instead of learning how to bring values from the beginning. This sort of differences makes mostof the graduates not reach the basic requirements of a professional position.Last but not least, everyone is facing pressure from life. The pressure of tinted glass in choosing graduates is unfair but inevitable. Accept those are acceptable and change those are unacceptable. Everyone is experiencing this situation. We should learn to increase our own value so that jobs seeking us than we seeking jobs.高校生就业英语〔演讲稿〕 [篇3]高校生就业英语演讲稿篇1nowadays, with the development of education, increasing the number of university students. they would become the backbone of society, so that their employment will affect thefuture of themselves, their families and society. then, the employment situation of college students about what?in fact, college students "job challenge" has become a hot topic. due to the effects of the economic crisis, in 2022, the graduate employment rate of 86%, in 2022, it rose to 89.6%, 2022 90.8%, 2022 is 91.5%, but in 2022, it dropped again to 86%. in recent years, the volatility of college student employment rate, but the overall trend is still rising slowly. according to the chinese academy of social sciences, statistics, end-2022 there will be 100,000 students are unemployable, 5.92 million employment challenges that students face. therefore, students ' employment situation is still very serious.what, then, caused the employment problems of college students? i think there are three main reasons: first of all, in terms of students, many college students personal knowledge or practice of incompetence, lack of job skills, is the lack of psychological preparation for interview. and some of the college students ' employment concept is not correct, expectations were too high. most important is that they lack social experience.secondly, in the schools, some university courses set unreasonable, unable to adapt to society's demand for talentsand graduates ' employment guidance and services will also need to improve.furthermore, social aspects, social employment information system is not perfect, some examination of the enterprise or institution exists injustice, discrimination in employment, such as gender discrimination, account of discrimination still exists.facing unemployment problem, as college students, we should have its own future career planning. for me, i'm calm, patience and hard work. i like reading and writing, and i'm majoring in chinese language and literature, so i have a wealth of expertise. i am a school newspa-pe-r, a journalist, so i had interviews, and editing experience. i hope that the future will be an edit. in this dream, i will study the first two years at the university, how to interview and writing and contribution. after two years at the university, i would get in practice, accumulate work experience, multiple predecessors for advice.i believe that if i’m hard-working enough, i can achieve my dream in the fierce competition for jobs.译文:当今社会,随着教育的进展,高校生的数量不断增加。
