二、氨水脱硫工艺流程
氨水脱硫和氨回收工艺可以有多种组合方式,现就两种 优点较多的组合工艺加以介绍。 1.氨水脱硫和间接法生产硫铵联合工艺流程 如图5-7 所示,经捕除焦油雾后的焦炉煤气进入脱硫塔1 底部,与由塔顶喷淋而下的氨水逆流接触以脱除煤气中的硫 化氢。脱硫塔为钢板网填料塔,两段填料之间设有气、液再 分配盘,收集来自上段填料的洗涤液,使之均匀地分配至下 段,并使煤气产生湍流。 来自分解器6底含氨约为24~28g/l并经冷却的氨水进入 脱硫塔下段,与上段下来的氨水混合进行喷洒。此种氨水的 总氨量中只有约 65%~75%的挥发氨能有效地吸收硫化氢,其 余的氨存在于碳酸氢铵、硫氰酸铵等铵盐中。

由于氨与硫化氢的反应速率比与 CO2 快得多,在气液接 触时间很短的情况下(≤5s),氨水溶液能选择性地吸收煤 气中的H2S。 所以如此,并非CO2和H2S的分子在氨水溶液中的扩散速 度相差很多,只因 H2S 能立刻离解为 HS- 和 H+,H+ 在溶液中能 很快与OH-反应,HS-也就能很快与NH4+反应生成NH4HS。而CO2 生成HCO3-的反应速度却小的多。 但是,如气液两相接触时间较长, CO2 在氨水溶液中浓 度渐增,H2S将被CO2逐渐排代出来,同时游离NH3的含量也会 相应减少。提高溶液中氨的浓度可补偿因与 CO2 化合而减少 的氨量,但在常温常压下,溶液中氨的平衡含量约为1.0%, 如再提高氨的浓度,将使氨从液相转入气相,会破坏整个系 统的氨平衡。
