MGYZ过电压抑制装置技术方案一·概述我国中低压系统中普遍存在如下几种过电压:断路器开闭动作产生的操作过电压、单相接地时产生的弧光过电压和雷击时产生的大气过电压等。
目前尚无针对这些过电压的完整保护方案,经常会发生电缆放炮、电动机绝缘击穿、避雷器爆炸和电压互感器烧毁等事故。
此类事故发生的原因,除过电压保护器产品本身性能外,对于不同系统,使用过电压保护产品时需考虑系统输电线路的类型,输配电线路的网络结构、负载的性质和系统的接地方式等等。
针对如此复杂的系统,尽管在这些系统中装设各种过电压保护产品,但因频繁的系统操作过电压会导致保护元件逐渐老化;随机出现的弧光谐振过电压和系统铁磁谐振过电压会导致过电压保护元件极速老化或直接击穿;当补偿电容器保险熔断时,会产生过电压,回路电感储存能量会导致过电压保护元件老化或击穿;保护器漏气或受潮,也会导致老化或击穿;还是难以全面抑制各种类型的系统过电压。
针对目前中低压系统中过电压防治的现状,我公司研制生产一种为客户提供整体解决方案,即在每段母线上装一台系统过电压抑制柜,配套我公司专用的大能容保护器使用,可有效弥补系统中过电压保护元件的老化或击穿,形成一套完整的系统过电压保护解决方案。
二·适用范围该抑制装置适用于发电、变电和用电企业的3-35KV电力系统,可替代PT柜、专用避雷器柜等。
三·工作原理装置采用本公司研制专用复合式大能容自脱离尖峰吸收器,能有效地降低波头的上升陡度,降低振荡频率,采用低动态电阻氧化锌阀片,能够大大降低残压值,并且能够吸收系统过电压时所产生的大量能量。
同时装置采用单相真空接触器作为智能开关,PT中性点通过智能瞬时开关接地,当系统出现铁磁谐振、单相接地故障消除三相电压恢复平衡、间隙性弧光接地时,智能接地开关瞬时动作,有效抑制系统过电压,大大减少电容电流对PT的冲击,造成PT烧损、熔断器熔断的问题。
装置正常运行时,柜内微机控制器实时检测PT提供的电压信号,一旦系统发生PT断线、过电压、低电压、失压、谐振、接地,微机控制器根据PT提供的电压信号,装置能快速准确地判断故障情况,显示故障类别,输出相应的开关量接点信号,相关装置动作并报警。

阿默尼可过电压保护装置深圳可雷可科技股份有限公司Shenzhen Clake Technology co.,LTD一、前言二、SPZ 产品概述三、高能阀片介绍四、工作原理五、技术亮点六、同类产品比较在6-66KV母线上的发电机、变压器、电动机、电压互感器等电气设备由于受突然合闸、断线、一相或二相绕组出现涌流、线路单相间隙性弧光接地等出现的暂态涌流以及发生浪涌传递过电压时,均会激发各次谐波的谐振过电压,其谐振过电压轻则导致系统电压的相对不稳定,重则使设备的内绝缘击穿,外绝缘放电,且常因处理不及时引起事故的扩大而造成大面积停电。
另外电网相对於地电容的冲、放电途径必然与绕组形成三相或单相共振回路,这种电容与电感缓慢的冲、放电过程,可能使三相电感产生程度不同地饱和而引起铁磁谐振,这种铁磁谐振过电压也会成为电网安全运行的一大威胁;其中尤以单相间隙性弧光接地过电压最为严重,进而会造成相间短路,使事故扩大。

另外,对于电压不稳、谐振剧烈的风电及雷电高发地区的电网更为适合。
S-高能SiCP-PTC 正温度系数热敏电阻Z-高能低场强ZnOPTC 是Positive Temperature Coefficient 的缩写,意思是正的温度系数PTC将其串接在电路中,在常温下,其阻值较小,损耗很低,不影响电路正常工作;当系统电压连续超过额定电压时,PTC 工作发热,当温度达到居里温度Tc 时,它的阻值急剧升高,起到限流作用。
当故障排除后,PTC 的温度自动下降,又恢复到低阻状态,因此PTC 又称为可恢复的限流熔断器。
高能低场强ZnOZnO 非线性电阻特性曲线U 1mAUI高能低场强ZnO 阀片具有高能容、阀值电压高、低残压的钳压特性,可以有效实现对过电压的抑制及吸收能量的作用。
ZnO 电阻具有负阻特性(NTC),即电阻随温度的上升阻值会减小。
ZnO 负温度特性ZnO 负温度特性RtZnO 负阻特性T 升高,R 减小,I 升高,高能SiC高能SiC阀片的V-A特性较软,具有低导通、高残压的特性;可以实现阻尼谐振、限流及吸收能量的作用ISiC非线性电阻特性曲线三组PTC正温度系数高能阀片作为高能自恢复限流熔断器RLFU,当系统电压连续超过额定电压时,起到限流作用;正常运行时可补偿ZnO高能阀片的负阻特性,不用考虑ZnO的荷电率问题,真正起到保护ZnO的作用。
ZnO与SiC串并联组件三组由高能ZnO(R N1A、R N1B、R N1C)串接高能SiC//ZnO组件(R N2A// R C2A、R N2B// R C2B、R N2C//R C2C)组合成星形中性点接线。
高能ZnO(R N1A、R N1B、R N1C)阀值电压所取的值低于相电压的峰值,SiC//ZnO组件中的SiC起限流及阻尼谐振的作用;并联的ZnO起补偿SiC残压过高及抑制浪涌过压的作用。
正常运行时三相基本对称,中性点电位为零;当电网发生非正常工况或诱发谐振时,中性点电位发生位移,具有阻尼相间谐振及抑制浪涌过电压的作用。
ZnO与SiC并联组件高能SiC//ZnO组件(R NG// R CG 并接在中性点与地之间)组成的阻尼及过压保护组件,正常运行时SiC (R NG)对铁磁谐振起阻尼作用,当发生单相间隙性弧光接地过电压时,故障接地相对中性点电位仍为相电压,健全相对中性点电位亦为相电压,中性点电位会发生较大的位移,大量的零序电流会通过高能SiC//ZnO 组件,起到积极的消弧及限制浪涌过电压的作用。
优化组合1SiC、PTC、ZnO三种高科技电子陶瓷优势互补,大幅度提高了装置的可靠性。

单相间歇性弧光接地过电压当出现单相接地时,正常相不会因为间歇性弧光接地而引起过电压。
故障相A单相接地后,正常相将由相电压上升为线电压,而SPZ的阀值电压(U1mA)远低于线电压的峰值,所以可以有效的抑制由单相间歇性弧光放电而引起过电压。
保护全面2集单相间歇性弧光接地等操作过电压、谐振过电压和雷击过电压三种保护功能于一体。
谐振过电压采用SiC 和ZnO 阀片串并联组件,可以实现相与相和相与地之间的限压消谐功能,尤其是高能SiC 阀片的采用,其通流容量大、能容高、阀值电压低、漏电流大等特性,起到有效阻尼谐振的作用。
ZnO 限制电压SiC 阻尼谐振Ut保护全面2集单相间歇性弧光接地等操作过电压、谐振过电压和雷击过电压三种保护功能于一体。
操作过电压高能ZnO&SiC组件的采用,不需要考虑荷电率问题,使阀值电压远远低于弱绝缘设备的绝缘水平,不仅对相与地能起到良好的保护水平,还可以对相与相之间的操作过电压起到有效地保护作用。
雷击过电压超低的相对地的阀值电压使雷击过电压保护达到前所未有的保护水平。
4超大的能容10KV SPZ的能容大于2MJ 35KV SPZ的能容高达4MJ智能化5可实时监控装置各相的漏电流、过电压动作次数、接地故障相指示等信息,且还配有光纤通讯设备,进行远程数据传输及报警。

1、MOA金属氧化物避雷器中性点不接地系统,氧化锌避雷器必须承受单相接地弧光过电压的长时间作用,其阀值电压必须按承受线电压并考虑荷电率影响来设定,其保护效果很差,而且能量也达不到操作过电压的时间要求。
2、RC阻容吸收保护装置线性电阻要消耗电源的大量能量,发热很厉害;电阻值过大起不到有效的过电压保护作用;电容器必须采用价格昂贵的高压电容,电容器容量过大还容易引起电源电压波形畸变;RC阻容吸收装置也不能取代避雷器的抗雷击过电压的功能。
3、消弧线圈及中性点接地变压器中性点经消弧线圈接地的主要作用是:当发生单相接地时,非故障相的电容电流可以被消弧线圈的电流所抵消,使接地电流减小,电弧易于熄灭。
这种用电感电流抵消电容电流的补偿方式有固定式与随动式补偿系统两种。
用人工调高压电感的固定式很难适应电网的变化,目前也不再使用;取代的是能跟踪电网电容电流的变化,随时调整消弧线圈,在正常工作时远离谐振点,在单相接地时,消弧线圈能带高电压快速调整,使接地电弧很快自动熄灭,避免串联谐振产生,这种动态方式工作噪声大,调节精度低,过电压水平高,调整不当,还会产生谐振颠覆。
消弧线圈直接接地经接地变压器接地4、TBP消弧柜目前电网广为采用的一种TBP消弧柜,其主要结构由下列三部分组成:三台高压真空接触器、一套选线装置(一台控制器、四台电压互感器)、三相组合式(四星型接线)过电压保护器。
(见下图)大量的实践证明,这种消弧柜不能真正起到过电压保护的作用,用真空接触器来短接故障相与地确实能起到消弧的作用,但在短路故障的瞬间不能起到过电压保护作用。
用四星型接线的普通ZnO阀片,不能对操作过电压(尤其是相-相)起到有效的保护作用,尤其是为实现所谓零荷电率而串接的四只保护间隙,给可靠运行带来了极大的隐患,运行中由于受周围环境气候、温度湿、度的变化及运行过程中的振动,保护间隙会偏离设定值,间隙过大起不到有效的保护作用,间隙过小电弧又不能熄灭,会引起爆炸。
另外,最大的问题是在间隙电弧熄灭后,系统回路中的残余电荷无泄放回路,仍对设备的绝缘构成潜在的威胁。
江苏某钢厂使用TBP,致使两台电抗器被过电压击穿,没起到应有的过电压保护作用。
常规避雷器的动作电压设定值很高,一般为3~5倍的工频电压。
不能有效的保护弱绝缘设备,对线路和设备的绝缘要求高。
