2015年海南省中考英语试题分析林玉燕一.命题指导思想1.命题依据2015年海南省初中毕业生学业水平考试英语科试题以《义务教育英语课程标准》(教育部,2011)为指导,以省内现行初中教材为参考,不依赖、不偏向于某一版本的教材,严格按照省教育厅中考文件、《中考英语科考试说明》及我省初中英语课程改革实际和考生实际水平来命制。

2.命题立意海南省初中毕业生学业水平考试兼有毕业和选拔两项功能,英语科试题以能力测试为主导,考查学生对所学课程基础知识、基本技能的掌握程度和在英语语境中理解语言及综合运用语言的能力。

引导学生了解世界、关注社会、体验生活。

试题注重情景的设置,提高思维含量,彰显英语作为语言工具学科的特点,突出用英语做事情的理念。

借力试卷命制,提升英语的教与学

【背景】英语测试是英语教学评估的主要手段之一,是检测英语教学的有效途径。

通过检测教学目标,内容和方法的实施效果,从而确保总体教学目标的落实。

测试题目的开发,必须保持与课程标准的高度一致,即试题所测量的知识、技能和其他心理结构应与标准的相应规定相契合。

一份依据课程标准、反映国家对学生期望的试卷,才能算是一份好试卷。

作为英语教师,在日常的教学工作中根据各阶段不同任务,往往需要命制不同的试卷。

初中英语试卷可分为阶段性检测,期中、期末测试,学业水平测试,能力竞赛和中考试卷等。

教师可以利用试卷的反馈信息及时调整教学策略,从而真正提高教学质量。

因此,懂得如何进行科学地命题是英语教师的必备技能。

(兰春寿,2005)教师通过命制试卷,可以了解自己对“课标”的熟悉程度;可以了解自己对教材重难点的把握;可以了解自己的教学手段、策略使用是否得当;可以了解自己是否关注学生的个体差异等。

因此,试卷命制不仅仅是对教师专业水平的考量,也是促进教师优化教学策略的重要途径,更是师生教学相长的特殊载体。

【事件】2014年5月我参加了区里组织的中考英语模拟试卷的命制比赛。

本次试卷命制比赛要求题型上彰显传统与创新相结合的特色;同时比赛可以2人合作完成。

接到比赛通知后,我即与另一位教师分配了任务,约定一周内完成自己的命题,待一周之后,我们将各自的题目进行拼接,很快一份试卷就出炉了。

试卷命制对我而言已不陌生和新鲜了,本以为可以在比赛中轻松胜出,却没料到只得了二等奖。

这次试卷命制比赛给我这位“老教师”敲响了警钟。

【反思】一、加强个人学习,明确一份好试卷的标准随着课改的推进,对于教师命题技能的要求也在不断提升,如果教师对命题的认识只停留在原有的认知结构和水平上,那终将会被淘汰。

在经历这次比赛挫折之后,我冷静地进行思考与分析,经过多年磨练,本以为驾轻就熟的东西也应当与时俱进,特别是语言的学习,其时代感和生活化是很强烈的。

我认真拜读了华南师范大学基础教育培训与研究院黄牧航教授一份好试卷标准的总结和归纳。
