On the Food Security
Over the past couple of years, several cases of the food scandal have been disclosed on various media. The problem of food security has become a hot button across society. The prevalence流行of food insecurity has greatly impacted public health, which the government could not afford to ignore, according to the online edition of the People Daily.
There are a couple of driving forces/驱动力/, I would argue, behind this undesirable tide. First, in the course of the rapid economic evolution, we ignore moral education, giving rise to the rising rate of the problem. More importantly, the lack of adequate regulation and punishment on those illegal producers enforces the trend.
As Confucius/孔子/ instructed, it is better late than never. Prompt and strict measures should be taken to turn back this evil trend. The government must strictly carry out food safety standards, and impose severe punishment on those who violate them.

Food Safety
Currently, many problems concerning the safety of food have popped up. As for me, I believe at least three factors account for this issue.
First, I observe that profits drive many food producers to commit illegal things. They aim to gain more money at the expense of consumers’ health. Second, the overuse of agricultural pesticide has resulted in the degradation of food quality. The excessive pesticide bears enormous health hazard for people. Furthermore, some food producers inject hormones into domestic animals so as to make them grow more quickly and thus they can turn in more profit. As a result, people’s health has been seriously disturbed.
All in all, food safety is such a great concern, and we all should establish laws and implement them effectively to avoid producing toxic foods.

食品安全方面存在的问题及对策和建议国家工商总局门户网站：https://www.360docs.net/doc/118858560.html, 2005年09月21日来源： 一、当前食品安全方面存在的主要问题 近年来，危害人民身体健康甚至危及生命的食品安全方面的重大事件频频发生，其数量和危害程度都呈日益上升的趋势。据专家估计，我国每年食物中毒报告涉及的总人数为2—4万人，且这一数字尚不到实际发生数的十分之一，也就是说我国每年食物中毒人数约为20—40万人。据全国消费者协会投诉热点分析，2003年全国消协系统共受理食品方面投诉60740件，其中涉及食品安全的有1621件，比2002年增长24.1%。 （一）食品原料污染问题突出。农产品、禽类产品的种植、养殖环节污染问题突出。1、在食用农产品生产过程中大量违规使用高残留、剧毒农药，化肥、农药等对人体有害物质残留于农产品中；2、抗生素、激素和其他有害物质残留于禽、畜、水产品体内；3、农、禽产品中含有超标超量的对人体健康有严重危害的重金属物质。 （二）食品生产加工领域问题比较严重。食品工业整体发展水平低，生产企业多数规模较小，表现为多、小、散、乱。集约化程度较低，经营管理方式落后，生产技术和装备落后、大多不具备生产合格食品的必备条件，缺乏必要的食品安全保证设施。 （三）不法企业为了利益，忽视食品质量安全，加工食品使用劣质原料，超量使用添加剂，滥用非食品加工用化学物。在食品制造的过程中：1、使用劣质原料加工食品，添加有毒物质的情况经常发生，给食品安全造成极大隐患； 2、超量使用和随意添加不符合食品安全要求的添加剂； 3、滥用非食品加工用化学添加物，造成食品有效成份含量不达标准，食品含有致癌物质等； 4、生物技术产品的出现、转基因食品的潜在危险，同样带来了安全性问题。 （四）食品流通环节污染严重。食品流通企业卫生条件不符合要求，病原微生物控制不当，食品包装储运过程中会发生微生物的大量繁殖。

It says that in Japan marly businessmen ave selling fresh air to customers.and now it is becoming more and more popular. Why? --Fresh air is getting less and less in Japan, and so is it in the U. S. A. In fact, environmental pollution is a very serious problem the whole world is facing. it is mainly caused by the waste products released from artificial substances, industrial production and increased consumption of goods. Bedsides, the use of chemical substances in agriculture also causes environmental pollution. Look at the sky, you can see that dense smoke is being released from the high and big chimneys; those dirty and poisonous substances are flowing into the rivers that we use for drinking water and millions of tons of waste products are heaping around us. How to change this condition? More and more countries are trying to work out some effective means to bring it under control, but no great success has been made.
