空分冷箱珠光砂技术规格书1.总则1.1本技术协议适用于空分装置冷箱内保冷用珠光砂生产、供货、加工、充填的技术要求。
1.2本技术协议作为合同的有效组成部分，与合同具有同等法律效力。
合同的解释顺序为合同书、技术协议、招标书、询标时质疑的答复、投标书。
1.3本技术协议提出的是最低限度的技术要求，并未规定所有的技术要求和适用的标准，卖方提供满足本技术协议和所列标准要求的高质量产品及其相应服务。
对国家有关安全、环保等强制性标准，满足其要求。
1.4卖方提供的设备完全符合本技术协议和标准的要求。
1.5卖方执行本技术协议所列标准。
有矛盾时，按较高标准执行。
卖方在设备设计和制造中所涉及的各项规程、规范和标准必须遵循现行最新版本的标准。
1.6卖方提供高质量的珠光砂材料，这些材料应是成熟可靠、技术先进的产品，且生产厂已有相同材料的生产、运行两年以上的成功经验，且实践已证明产品是成熟可靠的。
1.8在签订合同之后，买方有权提出因规范标准和规程发生变化而产生的一些补充要求，具体项目由买卖双方共同商定。

3.2 空分冷箱内珠光砂由投标方生产并装填。
如用散料，与装填有关的所有吊装用具、人员等。
若采取现场发泡，业主提供水电方便，但所发生水电费用及其他用具、材料、人员等由投标方自理；3.3 投标方在珠光砂装填时必须保证装填质量，阴雨天气不能装填，分层装填，装填后安息角33-37°；3.4珠光砂装填时需要做好对冷箱内外部设备、管道、仪表等的保护，若因装填对设备造成损坏的，由投标方负全责3.5单套空分冷箱装填时间在10天之内4．包装、运输、保管、标记4.1包装及运输必须注意牢固及防潮4.2产品应附有出厂证明，包括下列内容：1）生产厂名和地址；2）产品全称、生产日期；3）出厂编号和产品规格；4）检验合格印章及质量合格证；5）运输保管和注意事项4．3运输保管1）珠光砂产品及装填过程中不得混入杂质；2）产品堆放及运输，必须注意防水、防潮、切勿人踏、物压5.供货5.1供货及安装地点：项目工地；5.2安装时间：第一套冷箱2009年10月，其它两套依次推迟一个月（具体时间以冷箱裸冷完毕为准）。

Direct contact with this material may cause moderate eye and skin irritation. Repeated or prolonged skin contact may cause allergic skin reactions. Results of in vitro mutagenicity testing for trimethylolpropane triacrylate are mixed with both positive and negative findings. Trimethylolpropane triacrylate may cause mutagenic eefects based on in vitro studies. However, a more definitive in vivo study indicates trimethylolpropane triacrylate is not mutagenic (non-genotoxic). Additionally, in a long-term bioassay in which trimethylolpropane triacrylate was applied dermally to mice, trimethylolpropane triacrylate was determined to be non-carcinogenic. Therefore, the weight of the evidence of various genotoxicity (mutagenicity) test results leads to the conclusion that trimethylolpropane triacrylate is not mutagenic.In January 2013, the National Toxicology Program (NTP) released their final report regarding the toxicology and carcinogenesis studies of Trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA). The report indicates that there was some evidence of carcinogenic activity of TMPTA in a 2-year dermal study that was conducted in rodents. At least one or more of the findings are notably specific to rodents and should have no relevance to humans. The other findings are believed by some experts to be inappropriately related to the treatment with TMPTA. 珠光砂的装填
1、珠光砂性质1.1珠光砂优点珠光砂又名膨胀珍珠岩，是由玻璃质熔岩经破碎及高温燃烧膨胀而成的一种内部为蜂窝状结构，呈白色圆球松散颗粒状的材料。
其具有无色、无味、吸音、不燃、不腐的性质。
由于它具有极低的导热性、可靠的化学稳定性、良好的填充流动性和极低的堆积密度而被广泛应用。
尤其在深冷工程和空分设备中作为一种保温绝热材料，是其他物质所不可替代的。
1.2缺点1.2.1由于珠光砂是一种密度很小，流动性很好的颗粒，所以它极易飞扬，侵入五官，造成眼睛酸痛、喉部不适，甚至进入肺部引起疾病或窒息死亡。
1.2.2由于其内部多孔，所以其具有强吸附性。
当它一旦受潮，其保温效果很差，易在冷箱内局部或大部形成结冰现象。
当它吸附冷箱内泄露的液体时，遇到热气体，液体就会在珠光砂内气化，将珠光砂膨胀，引起砂爆事故。
当它吸附冷箱内泄露的气体（特别是氧气）时，需要更长时间的置换，才能把其置换干净。
下面是扒砂的注意事项，供参考。
4.4人员分工：4.4.1扒砂组：5人，男性，作业任务：包括拆下排砂孔盲板上的螺丝、打开排砂阀、扒砂、每2小时上塔巡视、扒砂现场巡视、指挥。
4.4.2装袋组：18人。
（外协15人分2班），作业任务：负责扒出的珠光砂装袋、系袋，并对珠光砂的好坏分类。
4.4.3运输及堆放组，13人。
（外协10人分2班），作业任务：负责装袋后的珠光砂运输到珠光砂库并堆放整齐。
配备铲车一台司机一人。
4.4.4现场监护组，5人，作业任务：对扒砂现场的安全情况、人员劳保佩戴情况、操作情况进行监护检查，对现场发生的问题进行协调，发现异常情况应及时通知大家或组织人员撤离至安全区域。
4.4.5后勤组：负责对外事务、所有人员的衣食住行等，办公室负责。
4.4.6机修组：负责取下人孔、扒砂口的螺丝，负责溜槽等的制作，机修工段负责。
要求：①各组配备组长，组长对本组人员进行合理安排，使工作效率最大化，组长对本组人员的安全、劳动进度负责。
②所有人员进入工作场所都必须穿戴好劳保：除穿好劳保衣、裤、鞋后，还应先戴好布口罩，再戴上风镜，用防尘纱巾把头部、面部罩好，戴上安全帽，系好安全帽带，系好安全绳（用塑料绳一头系在腰间，另一头放在10米以外的安全区域，并有人员控制）。
珠光颜料成分说明
一、珠光颜料的原理珠光粉与其它颜料相比，其特有的柔和的珍珠光泽有着无可比拟的效果。
特殊的表面结构，高折光指数和良好的透明度使其在透明的介质中，创造出与珍珠光泽相同的效果。
珠光粉优良的化学、热和机械性能提供了它在油漆、淮墨、塑料和多种领域中广泛应用的可能性。
它们为这些产品提供一个全新的颜色品质。
珠光粉对人体无毒无害。
因而可用于食品包装和儿童玩具。
稀酸和碱不能侵蚀珠光颜料。
珠光颜料对于环境无害，因为它们实际不溶于水，且不含任何重金属，属于对水质无害的等级。
珠光产品不能燃烧、也不自燃、不导电、能耐受800℃的高温。
珠光产品也可用于辐射固化体系（电子束固化、光固化）的反应型涂料中。
珠光产品的化学结构使其有优良的分散性能，能适用于水性涂料。
二、珠光粉在塑料中的应用珠光产品可用于透与半透明塑料树脂，使用珠光颜料会带来一种迷人的色泽视觉效果通常透明度越好的树脂越能充分展现珠光体特有的光泽及色彩效果。
对于不太透明的树脂（pc甲vc等），由于这些树脂的加工特性，同样使珠光光泽及色相能得以充分的展现。
三、珠光粉在化妆品中的应用珠光体采用天然云母制成，耐高温，不含毒素。
完全符合国际食品及药品卫生管理条例(FDA),对人体无害，不伤皮肤、眼睛。
颜色多元化，配色方便，可用于生产囗红、眼影、粉底、眼线液、眉笔、指甲油，发乳、润肤啻，喷发剂等不同化妆品。
四、锦润丽化工珠光粉在涂料中的应用珠光其有良好的分散性和良好的物理、化学特性，因此被厂泛应用于涂料工业中。
无论何种单色涂料中混合珠光，都可成为珠光涂料，其珠光和金属光泽效果令人留人深刻印象。
珠光涂料已被应用于汽车、机车、E常用品、建材等诸多领域。
该产品是片状结构，因而润湿是简单且迅速，但需考虑体系的极性的表面及介质或溶剂的化学性质。
晶片在分散时容易破损，通常只需简单搅拌即可分散。
若使用分散机械仅允许短时间氵昆合。
建议预先分散制浆再力日入漆料中混合。
五、珠光粉在印刷油墨中的应用该产品在印刷油墨中不仅产生珠光效果同时可保持原有色调，且可以带来多种金属光泽效果和虹彩光泽效果。
