日本留学套磁信参考模板我给大家建议的标题是类似:"Explore the possibility to do research with you as a visiting PhD student"。

可以说,有很多种写法,我就将自己的写法跟大家分享一下,这个是我当时申请联合培养博士的套磁信,可以根据自己需要做一些修改。
总得来说,全文采用五段式结构:第一段之前对对方的称谓,最好写:Dear Professor XXX,这样写属于比较标准的写法,一来表示你对别人尊敬,二来也不显得随便。
有人说,我听说老外总喜欢别人叫他“Dr. XX”。
的确如此,外国人眼中博士有很高的地位,所以就连教授也以自己是个博士为荣,这样写也可以,但我更推荐就是我那种写法。
第一次写信就不要写“Hi John”之类的有些老朋友味道的称呼了,当熟悉之后这样写或许更好。
现在我跟老外有了很多封往来了,我每一次都是诸如“Dear Professor XXX”的写法,因为我尊敬他。
不过我也打算以后真正见面之后再改口“Hi” 之类的称呼。
第一段,主要介绍自己及写本信的目的,用词需简练。
“I am a 2nd year PhD Candidate from XXXXXXX school( P.R.China ) and am now applying for XXXXX PhD student program. The committee told me that I should contact one potential advisor who can guide my research in the U.S. before I submit my application. Thus I write this letter to you to enquire thepossibility for me to do research with you under your supervision.”这段话介绍了你是什么学校的学生,写信打算干什么这两个信息,这样已经足够了。

学习笔记150—申请店铺中的套磁技巧分享【联合培养博⼠篇】从去年就开始准备申请联合培养博⼠,直到现在向国家留学基⾦委员管理会申请资助,在整个过程当中有⼏项很关键的地⽅直接会影响到最后所去的学校的好坏和你申请外⽅导师的好坏,也算有些“过来⼈”的经验。
由于在联系外⽅导师过程当中成功获取了哈佛⼤学、哥伦⽐亚⼤学、康奈尔⼤学、加州⼤学圣地亚哥分校、伊利诺伊⼤学⾹槟分校⼯程学院(在本领域排世界第三)、加州⼤学河滨分校(此教授曾师从同诺奖得主)等六位教授的正式及⾮正式offer,所以在如何套磁有⼀些⾃⼰的经验。
为了不⾄于这些经验⽆形流失掉,我决定写出来,给正在申请出国读博⼠以及申请国家留学基⾦委员会资助出国联合培养博⼠的同学⼀些经验。
同时,此⽂也能给以后由此打算的同学⼀些启⽰,从⽽知道当前⾃⼰该做哪些事情以及如何培养⾃⼰的能⼒。
在准备联合培养博⼠过程当中最重要的有两项:对⽅学校邀请函以及英语成绩。
后者是⼀直困扰⼤家的项⽬,很多学术能⼒及各⽅⾯能⼒都很强的同学就是因为英语没能达标⽽最终未能得到资助(当然之前虽然也有没有英语成绩和证明就获得资助的例外,但毕竟是少数)。
关于英语⼤家可以参考众多论坛⾥关于托福和雅思的经验帖,我能给的建议便是能考雅思就考雅思,除⾮对⽅学校直接说明要托福成绩。
⽽前者则在整个申请过程中有着⾮常重要的作⽤,可以说拿到⼼仪⼤学和导师的邀请函就成功了60%。
因此,如何拿到⽼师的邀请函则成很多同学⾯临的⼀道槛。
⽽联系⽼师过程中套磁就显得⾮常重要。
所谓套磁是指:“留学申请者和申请学校的有关教授通过Email联系,并通过联系达到增加⾃⼰被录取和获得奖学⾦的机会。
”说的直⽩⼀些就是如何在短时间能成功“搭讪”教授,同时让教授认为你有能⼒和资格跟随给对⽅做科研。
在对外联系教授过程当中通常有⼏种途径:⼀、已经认识对⽅,同时对⽅对你有⼀些了解。
⼆、国内导师的朋友,所以国内导师可以推荐你过去做科研。
三、⾃⼰通过Email的⽅式结识对⽅,同时向对⽅展⽰⾃⼰。
