对于毕业生而言,在千万封简历中被用人单位选中,有幸参加面试,可以说通过了一关的挑战,如何在面试环节取得胜利?面试中需要注意的地方和相关的技巧很多,今天我们来谈谈面试中的言谈举止要求,除了符合职业规范的着装之外,面试言谈的礼仪知识更加重要,这是反映一个人的沟通能力和素养的重要环节。

A、如何与考官稳定好自己的情绪,回答好考官的问题。

1、管紧自己的嘴巴,三思后答;
2、留足进退的余地,随机应变;
3、稳定自己的情绪,沉着理智;
4、模棱两可的问题,同样讨好;
5、圆好自己的说词,滴水不漏;
6、不拘一格的思维,歪打正着;
7、摆平自己的心气,委婉机敏;8、放飞想象的翅膀,言之有物;
9、面对“刁难”巧“较量”,针锋相对;
10、知己知彼,方能与考官有效沟通。

B、面试交谈中的措词。

1、要尽量简单扼要 ;
2、用语不要过多重叠 ;
3、同样的言词不可用得太频繁;
4、要避免口头禅 ;
C、无声的信息交流。

握手:这是你和面试官的第一次相遇。

她伸出了手,得到的是柔软、潮湿的手--不是一个很好的开始。

你的握手应当有力热忱,并报以微笑和问候。

男生勿主动与女面试官握手!
你的姿势:笔直地站立和坐下。

不是说象枪杆一样的姿势,但是拿出点精神和热情。

懒散的姿势显得疲惫和漫不经心。

对着镜子或是在录像带里检查你自己。

目光交流:注视面试官的眼睛。

你不能死盯着她(他)仿佛要看透其灵魂,但要确保你们经常有目光交流。

你在讲话的时候避免不停地环顾房间,因为那样会表现出你对所谈论的内容很紧张或缺乏自信。

你的手:做手势或边说边比划是很自然的,但是要保持适度。

忘形地做手势会分散注意力。

而且在说话的时候要避免用手摸嘴。

打电话的时候在镜子里观察你自己。

你可能在面试时使用相同的手势。

不要烦躁:最糟糕的就是玩弄自己的头发、按笔的弹簧、用脚敲地或是下意识地触摸身体某些部分。

准备好你要说的话是重要的,而练习怎样说也是必要的。

有时候,无声的信息要比你用语言传递更有用。
