列坐标（X）是以字节为单位的，一字节包含 8 位，对应一个象素；因此，列坐标 X 取值范围是 0-319。行坐标（Y）取值范围是 0-239。像素格式为 R3G3B2。也就是红色占高三位，绿色占中间三位，蓝色为低2 位。因此，共可显示 8 种红色， 8 种绿色， 4 种蓝色。通过红、绿、蓝的混合，总共可以得到 256 种颜色。

YF-TFT320240-3.5 是郑州远峰电子专门针对单片机用户而定制设计的液晶显示器(带触摸屏)，采用原装 NEC3.5 英寸、分辨率为 320x240 的真彩 TFT 屏，提供一个简单的高速 8 位总线与单片机连接，支持 256 色。可以直接与 MCS51、 MCS96、MC68、ARM 以及 DSP 相连。直接输入 X、Y 坐标，无须计算地址。低功耗、轻薄设计（高度 8.5mm）、宽温（ -20 度到 70 度）、亮度可调节（软件调节 8 种亮度）、低功耗模式（软件关断显示）。适合各种仪器仪表、工业设备的应用，其低功耗、轻薄设计亦能满足单节锂电池供电设备的需求。

2.3 SIM 卡安装
当系统支持无线网络通信时，需要安装SIM卡。SIM卡插槽的位置如图，用“+”字小螺丝刀取下SIM卡盖，先将SIM卡装到卡套上，再将装好SIM卡的卡套小心插入卡槽中，最后合上SIM卡盖，并锁紧螺钉。

3.5寸半透半反液晶屏技术原理

深圳鸿佳科技目前开发出兼容信利和统宝的3.5寸半透半反液晶屏，分辨率：640*480，带触摸屏，已经大批量生产，可按客户的要求更改FPC的规格和定制开模，并保证长期稳定供货。

3.5寸半透半反液晶屏除了可再室内正常显示外，白天可在室外阳光强烈的环境下无需点亮背光灯也可出色显示信息。

由于可将背照灯的使用率降至最低，因此还可大幅削减嵌有该模块产品的耗电量和延长背光LED灯的使用寿命，目前我司的产能可满足广大客户对3.5寸半透半反液晶屏的需求。

半反半透屏幕基本原理：半反半透的秘密就是在于半反射膜。

就像有些大楼的玻璃、一些太阳镜和汽车的贴膜。

正面是镜子（能反射阳光，提供阳光下阅读光源）。

而镜子的背面却能看穿这个镜子（为屏幕背光提供通道）。

一般屏幕按照“照明方式”分为：全透型和半透半反型全透型屏幕——屏幕背面没有反光镜，靠背光提供光源。

优点：弱光、无光下阅读能力优秀。

缺点：在户外阳光下背光亮度严重不足。

单纯依靠提高背光亮度，会急速损失电量，而且效果也非常不理想, 单纯通过提高LED灯的亮度来实现半透，这样是不可行的，只会缩短LED灯的寿命，减少电池的续航能力和增加功耗。

半反射型屏幕——就是将反射型屏幕的背面的反光镜换成镜面反光膜。

且加入全透型的背光；可以说半反半透屏幕是反射型屏幕和全透型屏幕的混血儿。

集中了两者的优点，兼具反射型屏幕在户外阳光下的优秀阅读能力，和全透型在弱光和无光下阅读的优异能力。

3.5寸半反半透屏幕的特性是：背光亮度自动适应户外环境。

户外阳光有多强，反射膜反射的背光（阳光）就有多强。

再强的户外日光亮度也不怕，环境光越强，反射的背光就越强，在户外可以完全不依赖额外背光照明设备，所以在户外比全透型屏幕要省电很多，而且阅读效果也好很多。

半反半透屏，技术成熟，但价格昂贵，国内很少有厂家有生产，除了价格因素外，还一个是因为工艺要求比较复杂，首先屏幕必须在本身材质的基础上还必须加上反射材质做一个反射膜，其次还必须同时具有发光板，这让它成为了融合反射屏与透射屏的优点，但却没有两者缺点的屏幕，在户外白天太阳下面，太阳越大，你看的越清楚，而没有太阳光的时候，你当然也看的很清楚嘛，至于晚上，那就更不用说了，一样清楚。

Viewing angle is the angle at which the contrast ratio is greater than 2. For TFT module the contrast ratio is greater than 10. The angles are determined for the horizontal or x axis and the vertical or y axis with respect to the z axis which is normal to the LCD surface. For more information see Figure .Note 7. For viewing angle and response time testing, the testing data is based on Autronic-Melchers’s ConoScope series. Instruments for Contrast Ratio, Surface Luminance, Luminance Uniformity, CIE the test data is based on TOPCON’s BM-5 photo detector.Note 8.
