每当站在讲台上,被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时,作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。

这此实习的时间里,我并没有做到一名好老师,也不可能让所有的学生都喜欢我,但只要有一名学生记住我,那么我的第一次实习就不遗憾了。

记得那是第四天,一个学生递来一张字条:老师,我喜欢你的微笑,当你微笑着走近我时,使我感到了从来没有过的亲切,我很喜欢你。

这是我在实习里收到的最好的,最值得珍藏的礼物。

我想,其实走近学生的第一步只须微笑就够。

初为人师,总是有些紧张。

我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时,尽管我做了很多预备,但当我真正面对那么多双眼睛时,我还是紧张了。

一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

例如我在教Unit3的时候,这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”,教学难度比较大。

如果照本宣科地讲授,学生会感到困难和沉闷。

为了上好这堂课,我认真研究了课文,找出了重点,难点,准备有针对性地讲。

为了令课堂生动,活跃,不沉闷,我还为此准备了大量的教具,授课时就胸有成竹了。

当讲到“half”的时候,我拿出准备好的圆卡纸,把它剪成一半,告诉学生这是圆的一半,也就是half。

讲到“quarter”时,又把半圆剪成一半,那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一,也就是“quarter”了。

这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。

而讲到如何表达时间时,我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟,同学们一开始就被它吸引住了,显得颇有积极性。

用实物让学生练习“what’s the time? It’s?”的句型,学生特别用功,教学效果十分理想。

这让我有些手足无措,也感到力不从心。

虽然之前在培训机构已经通过了重重考验。

经过培训,机构认为我已经有能力在昆明医学院担任独立的英语老师。

但是内心里面始终感到忐忑不安。

这么几年来,昆明市盘龙区科林英语在每个假期都为我搭建实习的平台,此次,更是介绍我来昆明医学院幼儿园担任英语老师。

我一定要抓住自此机会,好好表现自己,不负众望。

同时也希望能得到幼儿园老师的配合,管理好课堂,让我的英语课堂更加丰富多彩,也希望小朋友能够很快接受我这位新老师。

2012年12月19日星期三2.很冷一天,力所能及的事万事开头难~确实,最初要适应环境的这几天真的不容易。

为了让小朋友能很快喜欢我,我每天都换着花样准备上课用的小贴纸。

愤怒的小鸟,植物大战僵尸,铠甲勇士等贴画果然让小朋友们都对我这位新老师很感兴趣,同时糖果等小礼物也是控制课堂纪律的最佳武器。

管纪律的带班老师知道我是新手也非常理解我,希望我能慢慢来,也认可了我的教学方式。

这一点让我很开心。

虽然今天天气真的很冷,但我的努力始终是可以收到效果的,这让我十分开心。

天气要赶快转晴啊,美丽的一天又要结束了。

指导老师夸我很老练,让我稍稍有些成就感。

缺点:英语课因不能很好的掌握时间分配,前部分讲解太多,导致内容重点不够突出,及一些小的细节问题等。

虽然信息技术课抹掉了这个缺点,但也有不足之处,依班主任石老师的话说就是:如果理论部分再稍讲慢一点,就很好了。

班主任石老师在我的实习成绩考核上,给了非常高的评价,评分99分(满分100),最后一句这么说的:真正成了学生的良师益友。

这句话,也将会成为对我在未来路上的鼓励!我希望一直保持着这个骄人的姿态。

实习期间,让我深深体会到教师的艰辛和责任感。

亦忙亦累,累的甚至在回家仅15分钟距离的公交车上都睡着了。

有一天上午,差不多上了三堂课,嗓子都疼的有些撕哑。

但看到那一张张热情的笑脸,看到孩子们跑到我身边问我的电话号码和qq,看到孩子们拉着我去打羽毛球,看到孩子们乐呵呵的和我合影,看到孩子们期待我为他们明天的运动会加油,听到孩子们亲切的称呼我马老师……既欣慰,也感动。

英语助教社会实践报告3篇今年的这个暑假对于我来说注定是沉甸甸的——假期中所有的感悟与思索让我坚定了一个信念:一定要做一名好老师!放暑假前,当得知疯狂英语夏令营在我校招聘英语助教的消息后,我便按捺不住内心的激动,跃跃欲试。

经过提交、两轮面试、考核、培训等环节,我幸运地被录用了!从那刻起,我便想象着在疯狂英语夏令营的10天“美好”生活——每天带着夏令营里的学生在户外、室内边做游戏边学习,轻松而快乐。

在那里,通过疯狂英语这一桥梁,与一群素不相识的人朝夕相处,建立友谊。

而我,也一定会以十足的信心与耐心做得非常出色。

这必将是一段和谐而难忘的生活!就是带着这样的憧憬,我开始了长达10天的暑期社会实践助教之旅。

第一天“当头棒喝”直到见到学生的那一刻,我才真正意识到自身身份的转变:我不是以大学生的身份出现在他们面前,而是一名为人师表的老师。

这样想着,我的言行就不禁有板有眼起来。

严肃的、夏令营流程简介以及班级规划管理介绍等便成为实践第一天我给学生的“见面礼”。

然而,一切都没那么简单。

本以为简简单单的自我介绍硬是被“羞羞答答”地拖了许久;本以为着重强调的集合整队纪律不会出现差错,却硬是在第一天偷偷溜走了俩孩子;本以为课堂气氛一定会异常活跃,然而任凭你怎么想法子,整个课堂气氛却总像老牛拉破车一样行进困难。

我们四位助教高涨的热情在第一天就被狠狠地浇了冷水,难道我那美好和谐的助教生活就要这样被扼杀在摇篮里了吗?我开始抱怨,这些初一的孩子根本没有我们想象中那么听话懂事,也根本没有我们认为的那么机灵活泼。

这第一天我们对学生的“当头棒喝”没有起到丝毫作用,却把我们膨胀的自信硬生生地打压了。

触动心灵的转变在疯狂英语的夏令营活动流程中,有五级通关测试一项,每次过关的同学将得到一个手环以示鼓励。

我暗自想着,终于有机会整你们了!于是,我采取“鸡蛋里面挑骨头”的策略,第一次测试,学生统统没有过关。

两次、三次、四次、五次……我窃喜。

有一个男生,有一处发音问题,是受方言影响,我坚决不给他手环。

实习日志一
为了提高自己的英语水平,把知识和实践结合,在朋友的介绍下,我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构,开始了我的执教之路。

该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构,我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市,这里是风景秀美的旅游区,这里有我的汗水和欢乐。

我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。

由于教学经验很浅,对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了,我对于教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习,获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。

学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师赵老师。

在王老师的耐心指导下,我学会了如何写备课笔记,如何活跃课堂气氛,如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。

特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏,使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性,令我受益匪浅!

他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。

我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了,不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的,既然来了就要做好。

她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。

整理好自己的东西我就进了房间,还好有空调不热,美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。

相信自己能行的。

实习日志三
今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志,接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深,这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。

下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单,要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张,发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育,还要收集20条建议,发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。

因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多,刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感,耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。

聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。

进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店,里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单,但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子,说她们不需要这些,我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。

接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。

和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议,比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊,小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。

我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。

300份总算发
完了,好像完成了个巨大的工程。

晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上,备课一定得充分,只要能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。

上课内容要丰富,现实,教态要自然,讲课要生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。

学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生,所以在备课的时候我
格外关注细节,作为老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。

我们都知道英语是一门外语,对初学者而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。

否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不愿学也无法学下去。

教案也是教学前的重头戏,以前从来没有备过,为了做出实用的教案,我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。

为了第一节课的教案,我接连奋斗了两个晚上,总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。

虽算不上精品,但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。

教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。

备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性,
曾有一位前辈对我说:备课备不好,倒不如不上课,否则就是白费心机。

我明白到备课的重要性,因此,每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上,认认真真钻研教材和教法,不满意就不收工。

虽然辛苦,但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

实习日志五
这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课,他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课,但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了,卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件,我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。

下午再进行正规的上课指导。

在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习,但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历,所以有点摸不着头脑。

不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。

师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了,轮到我上去了,开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了,但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了,想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。

后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西,到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。

我还是没有脱离课件,我觉得是要多试几
次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。

在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了,好像更自信了。

现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。

但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。

还要自己去补充很多的知识,这样才是对学生负责的。

我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的,你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对,其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。

我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

实习日志六
今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课,听说他上课上得很好,作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。

可叹自己做了16年的学生,听了各色各样的老师讲课,或严谨或幽默,或深入浅出,或步步深入,习惯了听课只是记笔记,学知识,从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法,但是这堂得听课,我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。

赵老师讲课声音很宏亮,我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。

第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。

那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意
思,但是对于其中体现的语法,新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。

尤其是那些什么形式宾语,定语,状语之类的术语,自己最是难以说清。

再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读,很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。

大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本,当堂课还知道讲的什么。

课后全不知什么了,发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片,没有形成整体的结构框架,不知道怎样串起来,也不知道哪里是重点。

看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出,觉得自己在教学太欠缺了,得好好学习一下了。

但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。
