感谢！又到年底了，各单位、各部门、各行各业今年全年的工作完成的如何，这个时候都要体现出来了，而年度工作述职报告则显得尤为重要！尽管我们一直强调，说得好不如做得好，实干最重要。
但是呢，现实情况是，做得再好，没有精彩的说，依然事倍功半。
因此，述职报告不仅要写，而且要写好！那么，正如题中所问，如何写好述职报告呢？下面，我就这个话题谈谈自己的看法！首先，明确述职报告的概念。
述职报告是指各级各类单位工作人员，主要是下级向上级、主管部门和下属群众陈述任职情况，包括履行岗位职责，完成工作任务的成绩、缺点问题、设想，进行自我回顾、评估、鉴定的书面报告，具有汇报性、总结性和理论性等特点。
简单来说，就是汇报成绩+找出不足+下步工作（切记，汇报成绩是重点，千万别搞错！）概念清楚后，重点就清晰了，可以从以下四项主要内容来着手：一是岗位职责。
首先简单做个自我介绍，如现任职务、工作履历等，然后详细做个工作介绍，如分管工作、岗位职责等二是指导思想。
尤其是机关工作，指导思想、理论依据不可获取，没有正确的指导思想，怎么能深入了解和学习各项政策方针，怎么看清事物本质，开展好工作呢？三是主要工作。
这是重中之重，要如实汇报自己一年来所做的工作，取得的成绩和带来的效果。
尤其是工作亮点，（现在最注重的就是创新，以此有创新有特色的工作会让人眼前一亮）。
当然不能只报喜不报忧，成绩要说，不足也要提！四是经验教训。
对自己的工作实践，要能够概括出一些规律和认识。
成功的经验如何发扬，失败的经验如何避免，这些都需要高度概括，最好能提升高度来理论认识。
接下来，再谈谈行文步骤：开头三部分：岗位职责+指导思想+履职概况主体三部分：工作实绩+主要问题+努力方向具体写法可以分为：工作项目归类法、时间发展顺序法、内容分类集中式结尾两写法：一是努力方向型结尾，加以表态二是总体概况型结尾，加以升华最后，再来谈谈几点撰写述职报告的注意事项。
1、不能什么都写！有人看到这儿，估计会说这不是废话。
其实不然，经常可以看到有些人的述职报告什么都想写，导致越写越多，反而忽略了核心内容，效果适得其反，让人拎不清！所以，该概括的必须概括，该剔除的必须剔除！2、不要夸大其词！真实是述职报告的灵魂，一就是一、二就是二，可以适当修饰，却不能来半点虚假。
语言也尽量平实，用数据说话，这也是现在对文风的严格要求！谢谢。

（1） ppt述职模版切记不要随意去网上乱抄，一定要用公司ppt模版。
一般公司都会有自己的ppt模版，其中会包含公司的ppt 宣传首页、logo、文化理念等，这是一个公开场所，作为部门主管一定要体现出对公司文化的认可和带头执行的作用。
（2）图文并茂。
由于财务知识打量数据和文字，容易造成视觉疲劳，所以要尽量用一些统计表格、图标、示意图表现，在做阐述的地方要运用一些递进图标。

如何评价新版国防战略报告？据报道1月20日美国国防部发布了新版《2018国防战略报告》，新版内容对奥巴马时期的国防重心作了重大调整。
