述职报告是指各级各类单位工作人员,主要是下级向上级、主管部门和下属群众陈述任职情况,包括履行岗位职责,完成工作任务的成绩、缺点问题、设想,进行自我回顾、评估、鉴定的书面报告,具有汇报性、总结性和理论性等特点。

简单来说,就是汇报成绩+找出不足+下步工作(切记,汇报成绩是重点,千万别搞错!)概念清楚后,重点就清晰了,可以从以下四项主要内容来着手:一是岗位职责。

首先简单做个自我介绍,如现任职务、工作履历等,然后详细做个工作介绍,如分管工作、岗位职责等二是指导思想。

尤其是机关工作,指导思想、理论依据不可获取,没有正确的指导思想,怎么能深入了解和学习各项政策方针,怎么看清事物本质,开展好工作呢?三是主要工作。
