教学内容 The topic of this unit is “Amazing things”. In this “Integrated Skills”
period, we will learn something about animals. The students will listen to
the conversation, number the picture and complete the notes and the letter.

摘要：本文基于目前牛津译林版《英语》第一课时Welcometotheunit中的教学要求，运用多模态教学方法探
索了该课时的教学实践。通过多模态教学，利用听觉、视觉、语言、文字等方面的刺激和强化，来呈现课文内容。
这种方式促进了学生对于该课时学习的兴趣，提高了他们的思维品质和学习能力。

一、教学分析
（一）教学内容分析
本课的教学内容选自牛津译林版《英语》七年级
下册第5单元Amazingthings第一课时WelcometotheUnit部分。从单元板块的设计看来，导入板块
（WelcometotheUnit）是开启本单元教学的第一步，
为单元教学提供核心词汇和目标语言，并为本单元的
其他板块设置特定的语境，引导学生迅速进入单元的
学习（吕国征，2016）。
本课WelcometotheUnit以amazingthings为话
题展开，帮助学生了解到生活中的一些不寻常的现象
和事件。在中学阶段，教师要以培养学生的文化意识
和情感态度的目标为指导来解读和处理教材，构造具
有丰富文化内涵和情感渗透的课堂，从而提高学生的
人文素养（庄志琳等，2013）。
（二）学情分析
本课是七年级下学期的教学内容，这一阶段的学
生已经具备一定的语言知识的积累和综合语言运用
的能力，他们对学习内容涉及的一些生活中的不寻常
事实有一定的浅显了解，但是如何运用一些表示感叹
和评价的词汇句型来表达自己的感受和见解，还是需
要进一步练习和运用。因此，笔者通过多模态教学，利
用听觉、视觉、语言、文字等方面的刺激和强化，呈现
课文内容。
（三）教学目标
基于对教学内容和学生情况的分析，本课预设了

Teaching aims
Knowledge aims: At the end of the lesson, the students should learn
something vocabulary about UFOs, elephants, fish and
so on.
Ability aims: At the end of the lesson, the students should learn how to talk
about something amazing with some new sentence patterns.
Emotion aims: At the end of the lesson, the students should be interested in
something amazing around them and have an active attitude
to life.
Teaching procedures
Step one- Lead in
1. To raise the students’ interest by six amazing pictures with several
sentence patterns. Try to make the students familiar with some
words and structures.
2. By watching a video, encourage them to finish several blanks after
listening.
Step two- Presentation
1. Focus on some new words and emphasize on some of them.
