一、教材分析：
本内容是人教版新目标英语七年级上册第四单元。本单元的话题是谈论物品的位置。通过单元学习，要求学生在掌握物品的名称的基础上用方位介词熟练地表达物品的位置，并能对where问句进行提问并回答。
二、教学目标
根据英语新课标，教材将大纲的要求和学情（学生对感兴趣的话题较有意愿表达）确立教学目标如下：
1.知识目标
（1）掌握本课的重点词汇。
Chair、sofa、table、bed、bookcase、where、under、on。
（2）掌握并灵活运用重点句型。
Where’s the schoolbag？It’s under the table。

（1）学会描述物品的位置，并能就物品的位置进行提问和回答。

三、教学重点和难点
根据本课在教材中所处的地位和作用，我确立本课的重难点如下：
1.重点：学习掌握用where’s/where are...？句型询问物品的位置和运用方位介词in，on，under描述物品所在的位置。
2.难点：能够准确运用方位介词in，on，under描述物品所在的位置。
四、教学过程
本单元围绕着Where is my schoolbag?的话题，共设计了三个部分的内容。通过教授本单元，使学生学会谈论房间里物品的位置，能读懂有关物品位置的便条，并学会写便条让朋友帮自己从房间里取东西。
Section A 让学生通过活动，学习如何表达物品的位置，并能就物品位置进行提问。
1a, 1b, 1c 学习表示物品的名词，并能物品的位置进行问答。重点运用where特殊疑问句进行谈论。
2a, 2b, 2c 继续学习谈论物品的位置。重点学习is/are开头的疑问句及其回答。
3a, 3b, 3c, 4 学习谈论自己常用物品的位置，并能就两个房间物品摆放位置的不同进行问答。
Section B 学会通过观察和听音，来谈论和记录房间里物品的名称和位置。
1a, 1b, 1c, 2a, 2b进一步熟悉表示物品的单词，并能谈论和记录物品的位置。
3a, 3b, 3c, 4 学会阅读和书写便条，并能描述自己房间里物品的位置。
Self Check 检测本单元所学词汇知识，学会阅读便条，并根据便条内容画出房间。

Section A （1a-1c） 教学设计
一、教材分析
本单元主要谈论话题“things around the house”，其中section A则围绕学习“询问物品的位置”的重点而展开多种任务的教学活动，使学生学会用基本句型“Where‘s my schoolbag？It‘s…”进一步体会和学会运用“Is it……?Yes/No”疑问句的用法，同时学会运用方位介词“on/in/under/behind”来表达物品的位置。
二、教学目标
1、能够运用以下句型进行交际：
（1）Where is……?It’s in\on\under……
(2)Where are……? They’re in\on\under……. 2、恩能够够运用所学的句型编排对话来询问物品的位置。
三、教学方法
在整个教学过程中我采用情景教学法、多媒体辅助教学法、合作学习法、小组竞赛法、交际法和任务驱动式教学法等教学方法进行教学。通过设置一些情景，让学生自己完成任务来学习知识、掌握技能。 这种方法对于培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力，激发和维持学生的学习积极性等有着独特的优势。因此，在教学过程中，我所要求学生掌握的内容都是通过一个个任务来进行，由易到难，由简到繁，让学生在不知不觉完成任务的过程中学到知识以兴趣吸引人，以情感培育人，以评价激励人、以活动促进人。
四、教学重点与难点
重点：Vocabulary:table,chair,bed,sofa,desk,radio,clock,tape,on,under,where
Sentence : Where is his pencil? It is his schoolbag.
Where’s your ruler? It’s under the chair.
Where are my books? They’re on the sofa.
难点:on, in, under.
五、教学过程
Step1.Warming up
T:Good morning, everyone！
Ss: Good morning，Miss Yang！
T:How are you today？ Ss: Fine, thinks. And you?
T:I’m fine, too.
Step2:Lead in
Now, look at me. What’s this in English?
Ss: It’s a pen.
T:Very good. together, read twice.
Step3：Teach the new words
通过图片展示来学习新单词，同时引出句型“Where’s my schoolbag?
It’s…”
Step4:Listening Practice 1b
播放1b部分的录音让学生听，引导学生写出所听到的单词的号码，完成1b部分的听力任务。
Step5：Do pair work
让学生小组合作共同探究完成1c部分口语交际的教学任务，学会运用“Where’s my schoolbag? It’s under the chair.” 的对话及方位介词“on/in/under/behind”目标句型来表达物品的位置。
Step6： Guess Game
设计一个猜谜游戏，比如把不同的物体放在不同的位置，让学生来猜，在找寻物体的过程中来巩固今天所学的内容。
Step7：Summary
教师带着学生总结本课重点学习了哪些词汇、句型。
Step8：Homework 画出自己的小房间，为其中的物品标上英文，物品越多越好。

教学反思：本节课主要围绕物品的摆放展开教学，学习了有关物品和重点学习了三个介词的运用。这堂课设计较好，衔接自然，教学方法多样化；但我忽略了一点，就是本节课物品的词汇量较多，学生在运用时会出现短路现象，需要教师或同学的提醒。所以这节课告诫我在词汇教学方面还有待提高。
