然后就过了。

一个星期后接到面试通知。

第一轮是HR面试。

就是很雷同的competency面试问题。

而且之前看到别人面经说会被问到什么是渣打的footprint.所以去之前想了一下,应该就是渣打的历史啊,怎么变成现在这样一个strongleader in commercial banking。

结果果然被问到了。

感觉HR对回答还是很满意的。

过了一个星期接到电话说去第二轮面试。

因为这个banking assocaite最后会变成relationship manager,也就是卖理财产品的,所以觉得应该准备些sales的东西。

果然被问到你觉得什么是优秀的推销人员啊。

然后还问我你觉得渣打怎么能够在新加坡市场胜出呢?之前在渣打的网站上看到他们一个CEO说的话,说渣打想要be more local than a globalbank, more global than a local bank.所以就用这句话跟他说。

一直在我讲话时不看我的他终于开始看着我了,然后说我非常欣赏你这句话。

心里暗喜……没想到比较tough的面试问题是,你现在最喜欢你包里什么?我想了想说简历,然后说这是我大学四年的积累,我achieve了什么全都在上面啊什么的。

他显然很意外我这样说。

然后说除了这个还有什么喜欢的?我很纳闷他怎么还问,就随便说镜子啊。

2019渣打SC笔试经验1.我申请的是上海XX年暑期实习financial market部门,首先要求注册及填写基本信息,这个非常简单。

2.进行online test。

分两个部分,第一个是图形逻辑题logical test,第二个是数理题numerical test。

3.两个部分各三十分钟共1小时,每四小题为一组,logic每组2分钟,numerical每组3分钟。

4.numerical纯粹都是原题,直接cirl+f搜索即可。

比较困难的是logic图形题,建议把我附件中的资料练习一下,然后临场做就行(因为这个题库没法直接用,稍微变一变就是新题了,所以要靠自己!),绝大多数题目还是不难的,只有一两道会比较难。
