The normal position 2 is sufficient and consumes less energy.If the soil is hard, the first phase will take more time and more cloths could be needed for the normal use of the steam generator.3.5.2After CleaningAlways turn off the boiler heating switch.Drain all the steam from the boiler. Otherwise the safety cap will not open.Remove the power plug.Before storing the appliance, wait until it has completely cooled down.If you will not use the appliance for 2 weeks, empty out any water left in the boiler, as described in the "Lime scale Removal" section § 4.1.3.5.4Cleaning floorsApply an absorbent cloth on the multifunctional brush.Press the steam button (Power 1-2, see §3.2Clean the floor without making excessive pressure.To clean very dirty floors and remove stains, use the brush without of the cloth .It is not necessary to rub excessively: the steam is sufficient to dissolve the dirt.Apply a cloth on the brush and remove the dirt.NOTE: Move the cloth regularly on the brush in order to always use a clean part of the cloth itself. 3.6Lack of waterThe lack of water in the boiler will be indicated by a red light (§3.2)In this case the heating stops automatically.What to doTurn off the boiler heating switch.Continue to work until all the water remaining in the boiler has been used. If necessary, the self-locking valve cover cannot be opened. If some water remains into the tank it will not be possible to open the cover with self locking valve.Turn off the main switch.Disconnect the plug.Unscrew carefully the boiler cover, to allow the residual steam to get out from the boilerFill the boiler with water as described in § 3.3 SetupReconnect the appliance and start-up as described in point §3.3 Setup4MAINTENANCEAlways remove the plug from the socket before carrying out cleaning and maintenance on the appliance. The following operations must only be carried out by competent and trained people!In any case, it is recommended to contact our authorized assistance service.4.1Removal of lime scale deposits in the steam generator∙According to the degree of hardness of the tap water, the machine must be cleaned of lime scale deposits every 3-4 weeks.Proceed as follows with the appliance cold and not under pressure!∙Remove the plug from the socketWARNINGNever use chemicals to clean lime scale or during normal operation.The appliance requires regular checks and maintenance on various parts of it, these operationsmust be carried out by specialized technicians of our company.These checks are carried under payment.4.2Cleaning of the applianceClean the appliance and accessories with a wet cloth. 若電源箱使用單相220V﹐嚴禁接入308v! 三﹑設備的維護保養1﹑淨化機的日常維護本油煙淨化機經過長時間的改進提高﹐具有長期穩定工作﹐適應惡劣工作環境的能力。
日常使用中﹐應及明對淨化機的儲油進行排放﹐在一定周期內清洗高壓電場及過濾網。
2﹑高壓電場的清洗由于本淨化機的油煙淨化效率高﹐運行一段時間后高壓電場的極板上產生積油或結碳﹐若不定期進行清洗會降低電場對油煙的淨化能力。
一般清洗周期為90天﹐生意興旺﹑油煙特濃的餐廳或燒烤店的清洗周期為30-60天。

4. 当故障指示灯亮时，表明设备出现故障，同时控制器自动切断高压输出，需要专业人员进行维修。
5.关闭风机开关，则设备停止运行。
6.在日常使用中，风机开则设备运行，风机关则设备停止运行。
三、注意事项1. 在设备运行过程中，绝对禁止打开检修门或拆卸主机封板。
2. 非专业人员不得私自打开拆装本设备高压部分，只有专业维护人员有权打开调试。
3. 本设备具有延时保护功能，开机后风机会先运转5—10 秒钟吹干主机内部积水后设备进入正常运行。
4. 净化器必须良好接地，否则会造成严重事故。
四、维护保养油烟净化器安装使用几个月后如出风口有冒烟现象，则可通过调高电流来达到原先的净化效果，如经调高电流至最高后，工作一段时间还是冒烟，则需通过生产厂家或代理商进行清洗，同时清除底盘内的油污，且必须由专业清洗人员操作。
一般情况下，煤气灶的保养周期为半年，在正常使用条件下，设备使用年限为五年以上。
（注意：检修前请先切断电源！非专业人员不得私自作业！）五、常见故障诊断及处理方法当控制器上故障指示灯亮时，设备可能发生故障或损坏，请关闭电源开关，停止设备运行，两分钟后再打开电源开关，如果设备还是显示上述情况，则表示设备已发生故障，请找代理商或厂家及时上门维修。

油烟处理操作说明书第二章、厨房油烟净化一、工艺流程厨房油烟运水烟罩抽风机油烟xx电器高空排放二、工艺简介厨房油烟经运水烟罩进行除油的预处理，此系统主要用来隔油及隔烟吸味，以减少后续阶段油烟静电器的工作负荷保证排放烟气达到环保标准，其工作原理主要是油烟吸收液通过循环水泵加压，使雾化喷头喷雾形成雾沫层，在风机的抽吸作用下，油烟通过雾沫层，其中的小油滴与吸收液充分接触而被吸收；同时烟气通过运水扇时，由于离心作用实现气液分离，然后含油液体被分离，聚集，油、烟从而得到净化。
预处理后通过抽风机抽至油烟静电器，其工作原理主要是油烟气经均流导入预处理段后，气流被反复压缩、膨胀，在这个处理过程中气流中大部分颗粒油雾滴因惯性作用与预处理物料中的亲油吸附膜碰撞而被吸附，使流出预处理段后的油雾粒子的浓度大大降低，这种低浓度油雾气中的小油雾滴、油气、有机物在一定强度的高压静电场中经过时被电离、分解、燃烧、碳化，被高压电场处理过后的气体，通过终处理装置时，极大部分炭黑粒子被吸附，经净化后的烟气高空排放。
三、操作运行一、运行准备1.1准备（1）检查水泵的运转是否有障碍物等异常状况。
（2）检查雾化喷头是否雾化均匀。
（3）检查水箱是否添入除油剂。
（4）各手动阀的关闭是否为所确定状态。
1.2电控柜的准备（1）合上各电机MCB(漏电遮断器)的开关。
（2）最后合上主线的MCB开关。
二、运行2.1操作按照以下顺序启动开启电控柜总开关。
污水泵，开关拨至“自动”。
抽风机，开关拨至“自动”xx电器，开关拨到“自动”。
2.2运行（1）启动A\但抽风机开启时,发出联动信号,污水泵、静电器自动启动。
B/运水烟罩的除油剂由操作人员，根据现场运行情况添加。
（2）自动停止（处理xx）停止抽风机时，发出联动信号,污水泵、静电器自动停止运行。
2.3手动运行各设备开关置于“停止”档时所有设备停止运行，置于“手动”档时，所有设备可以通过手动控制，设备不联动。
四、设备保养维护1、每7天必须卸拆雾化喷头检查是否堵塞，并进行清洗。

油烟净化器系列使用说明书
静电式油烟净化器是根据国家环保总局的有关规定及要求研制生产的，它能有效的清除有害气体，消除异味从而净化作业环境，彻底解决油烟烦恼。
静电式油烟净化器采用静电吸附原理，所以有很高的去除率同时还保持较低的能耗。
一、油烟净化器原理：
油烟净化器为双区式静电吸附型，用来去除细微粒径的碳氢化合物和其它空气中的杂粒。
它的双区式是指电离段与收集段，每个电离段由一系列钨钢线组成，安装在一系列接地板中间，并通给高压直流电。
大气中的微粒在通过电离器的强力静电场时，被电离并带有正或负电荷。
每个收集段由很多数量的平行板组成，通以高压直流电（极性与电离器一致，但电压减半）以形成电场，带电微粒被接地板吸引的同时也受到带电板的驱赶。
正因如此，当气流中含有带电微粒时，可以被高效去除。
收集组件在保证气流平稳分布的同时，需保证低速通过收集段。
空气流动由位于收集组件后的风机提供能量，使空气以特定的速度流动。
二、油烟净化器技术特点
