外贸函电专业术语
FOB与CIF区别1. 不同点:FOB(free on board)即装运港船上交货(但在与北美国家交易的时候,应在FOB后面+vessel 表示船上交货)因此,卖方在合同规定的时间和装运港口，将符合合同规定的货物交到买方指定的船上，并及时通知买方即可。
之后的运费和保险费与卖方无关。
而CFR(cost and freight以前叫C&F,<<90通则>>改为CFR)成本加运费,是卖方负责办理货物运输，并承担运至指定目的港的运费，在合同规定的装运港和规定的装运期内装船，通知买方、提交相关单据并负责清关后完成交货义务,不负责办理保险。
接下来的CIF(cost,insurance and freight): 成本,运费加保险，顾名思义就是比CFR条款多了保险费用.可以简单的理解为FOB+F=CFR, CFR+I=CIF。
另外,与FOB所属的F组(FCA、FAS、FOB)术语相比，CFR,CIF所属的C组(CFR,CIF,CPT,CIP)术语下卖方所承担的责任更大，即卖方都要负责订立从启运地至目的地的运输契约，并支付正常的运输费用，而且在CIF、CIP术语中卖方更要负责办理货物保险，支付相应保险费。
2. 相同点:1)这些条款的交货地点都在装运港，而且都适用于水上运输方式。
2)即使是CIF负责了保险的费用,但是风险转移都是以装运港船舷为界。
也就是说,过了船舷,就没卖方什么事情了。
3)为了明确装船费或卸船费的负担问题，也为了让复杂的交易简单化,这三种术语都有其相应的变形。
4)按这些术语成交的合同均属于装运合同(shipment contract)。
利与弊：选择以FOB价成交，在运费和保险费波动不稳的市场条件下有利于自己。
但也有许多被动的方面，比如：由于进口商延迟派船，或因各种情况导致装船期延迟，船名变更，就会使出口商增加仓储等费用的支出，或因此而迟收货款造成利息损失。
出口商对出口货物的控制方面，在FOB条件下，由于是进口商与承运人联系派船的，货物一旦装船，出口商即使想要在运输途中或目的地转卖货物，或采取其它补救措施，也会颇费一些周折。
