所以到初三要有一定的提高就有一定的难度.所以我们学校为了进一步促进学生有更大提升，九年级组组织实施了一些辅导计划，即对前xx名，xxx名学生进行了有针对性辅导.英语备课组也对前xxx名学生和有希望考高中学生但英语薄弱学生的巩固练习情况进行了动态监控，及时采取措施，进行针对性辅导，尽力弥补学生的不足.备课组老师也经常交流，自觉增加对这部分学生辅导力度，如增加面批（当面批改）。
在备课组活动中，我们确定了复习阶段的几个方向：即语言知识块，语法知识块，语言运用块，语言技巧块，解题技巧块.具体操作如下：1、以听力练习常态化为基础，注重英语听力能力提高。
首先要把听力落实到平常的课堂教学中；针对性地选择听力练习题，利用部分自习时间操练，并对学生反馈的问题及时作出调整和指导。
