SUBLEASING AND ASSIGNMENTWithout the prior written consent of Lessor, Lessee shall not sublease or assign any part of the Leased Property or any rights under this lease. Any such sublease or assignment must be approved by Lessor in writing.9. EARLY TERMINATIONThis lease may be terminated early by either party in certain circumstances specified in this Agreement, such as breach of contract by either party or if the property is sold or taken over by Lessor during the term of this lease.
