中医术语的中英文参考对照治则principle of treatment 在对临床的具体立法、处方、用药等具有普遍的指导意义,因而在治疗疾病时必须遵循的基本原则。
治病求本treatment aiming at its pathogenesis 针对产生疾病的根本原因进行治疗的原则。
急则治标symptomatic treatment in acute condition 与缓则治本相对而言,在大出血、暴泻、剧痛等标症甚急的情况,及时救治标病。
缓则治本radical treatment in chronic case 与急则治标相对而言,针对病势缓和、病情缓慢的情况,从本病的病机出发,采取调理、补益为主的治疗原则。

顺应性用药——服药方法与时间
生活中,很多患者因工作繁忙和用药知识欠缺等原因,经常会有意无意的改变医师用药指导,认为口服药只要吃进去就能治病,这是大错特错的。
事实上,药物是否被正确服用与服用方法和服用时间有很大关系,而服药方法正确与否与治疗效果又关系甚大。
所以患者必须严格按照医嘱用药,也就是所谓的顺应性用药。
顺应性用药主要包括两个方面:服药的方法与服药的时间。
1.服药方法
有些药物本身比较苦.外面包层糖衣;有些药物或在胃酸中被破坏或对胃有刺激性.外层包一层脑溶片。
有些药为了减少服药次数,保持平稳的血药浓度,制成埋释片或控释片。

2.服药时间
例如有很多药物的服用时间分为饭前服用饭后服用,很多苦味健胃药、收敛药、胃壁保护药等需要饭前服用;一些助消化药则要饭后服用而有些药物则要求与食物同服。
此外,不同的药物大都也有一些特殊的要求:催眠药需要睡前服用,有些抗生紊药,为了保持一定血药浓度,则要求定时服。
总之.用正确的服用方法在正确的时间服用药物.可使其发挥最大药效,尽可能减少毒副作用。
