耐心辅导，使学生在最后冲刺阶段，成绩能有突飞猛进地进步，高
考发挥出最佳水平，为我校09年高考做出我们最大的贡献，以优异
的成绩向我校建校60周年献礼!
尊敬的各位领导，老师们，亲爱的同学们：
下午好。
首先我觉得非常的荣幸能够在这里和你们面对面。
其实坐在这里我还有点小紧张。
但是也还好，趁这个机会我给大家也包
括我自己鼓鼓劲。
回顾下，长长的三年被我们短短的过过了。
准确
的说已经短到只剩下三十三天。
我真的非常的高兴能够陪你们走到
最后。
因为你们是我的第一届学生，算是我的第一拨桃李。
无论结
局如何，我都牢记你们!
但是，看到你们最近的状态，我真的着急了。
在经历了三次模考之后，听到有些同学在交谈中感叹：“只剩30几天了，能不能上线，结局已经注定。
”也有同学抱怨：“我已经很努力了，付出了很多，成绩却居后不前。
”甚至想“这样一天一天的的煎熬，还不如明天
就高考。
”。
看到你们这样没有精神，我的信心也大打折扣!
但是不是真的什么都不能改变，自己真的只能等待命运的安排甚至接受命运的宣判吗?作为与同学们一起经历高中三年风风雨雨的老师，我想要告诉你们的是：在你们经过十几年寒窗苦读，读过堆积
如山的书籍，做过漫天飞舞的试卷，在喊出我的未来不是梦的口号后，你们就这么认输。
那真的是太遗憾了。
高考虽然不是人生的全部，却是人生极为重要的一步。
而这一切要成为可能，都需要我们
从今天的最后冲刺做起，充分利用这屈指可数、一日千金的关键时刻。
三十三天虽然弹指一挥间，但我们必需意识到：人是不可能被注定的，往往最后的一点坚持，会让你看到别人看不到的风景;越是接
近目的的时候，越能考验一个人的意志。
我们英语当中有句谚语onewholaugheslastisthebest!坚持，咬着牙坚持到最后，只要有了
坚持的愿望，非凡的梦想就绝对不是虚幻。
况且，在你们走过的每一天里，你们并不孤独，你们有家长的精心呵护，有同学的关心帮助，还有老师的耐心指导。
作为你们的老师，我们将是你们最坚强的后盾。
我们老师也做了充分的打好这一
场硬仗的准备，我们会全力以赴，精心备考。
在以后的三十三天里，我们也许会对你们要求更高，训练更强，督促更严，但是，请你们
相信，这一切都是为了你们，为了你们能出类拔萃，为了你们能有
更加辉煌的明天，因此，希望你们能够理解。
五一回家，听到我的小外甥总是背一段话给我听，困难就像弹簧，你强它就弱，你弱它就强。
这个也送给你们，希望你们能有所感触。
最后，我用一句座佑铭与大家共勉：“尽最大的努力，留最小的遗憾”。

我是刚刚工作才3年的年轻教师，当我走进我工作生活的校园，不禁让我想起我还是学生的时候，想到我曾经待过的校园，那是孩
子们的“乐园”。
孩子们在这里成长，在这里学习，在这里交友，
在这里锻炼。
这里处处洋溢着孩子们的欢声笑语，满载着孩子们童
年的幸福时光。
现在我站在三里墩小学的校园里，心里感慨万千，
校园是我们的第二个家。
它像火红的太阳照耀着我们，像春天的雨
水滋润着我们。
让我们无时无刻不忘自己肩上的重任。
我想对这所
百年老校说一声：“我爱你，校园”。
我爱校园迷人的景色。
今年我们搬进崭新的校园，在我的眼里，校园的天总是那么蓝，校园的云总是那么白，蓝天白云之间放飞着
我儿时的梦想，同时也放飞着我学生们的梦想。
漫步校园，“厚德
感恩，择善而行”这醒目的校训，时刻印在我们每一个人的心中。
没错，这就是我们学校的办学理念。
向后走一个操场就呈现在我们
眼前，操场的一边有两个篮球架，它们就像卫兵一样，不怕苦不怕累，日夜守护着我们的校园，操场南边有几棵桂花树，金秋十月，
丹桂飘香，令人神清气爽。
操场的东边就是神圣的升旗台，鲜艳的
五星红旗飘扬在升旗台的旗杆上，显得那么安详。
每逢星期一，全
校师生便来到操场，参加庄严的升旗仪式。
我爱校园多彩的生活。
上课了，朗朗的读书声伴着老师的淳淳教导，孩子们尽情地在知识的海洋里遨游。
一声铃响，校园立刻喧闹
起来。
孩子们奔跑嬉戏着，满脸汗水满脸笑容像小鸟一样自由欢畅。
校园中秋诗歌朗诵比赛，同学们个个激动不已。
国际跳棋，舞蹈，
美术各类兴趣小组丰富着孩子们各方面素质。
周末艺校为孩子搭建
了有一个学习平台。
一只只小燕子慢慢地羽翼丰满起来。
我更爱校园浓浓的师生情。
“学生就是自己的孩子”老师的心里这么想着。
“老师就是我的父母”学生的心里这么想着。
在我们的
学校，几乎全是外来务工子女的学校，这平淡的两句话真切的说出
了师生间的情谊。
这个孩子在家学习没人管，老师就利用课间帮助
孩子理解知识，牺牲自己休息的时间。
那个孩子生病了，老师抱着
就送孩子上医院治疗。
那个孩子放学了，家长工作忙不能及时来接
孩子，老师领着孩子来到身边，指导孩子完成作业等等的事件让我
感受到学校处处传递着爱，老师爱学生，学生爱老师。
我爱我的校园，让我们将“爱”传递，以最饱满的热情投入到工作中，为美丽的校园贡献自己的力量。
