教学一开头我就遇到了种种问题。

有一大局部学生在潜意识里根本没有把英语当一回事,有些学生甚至有抵触的心情。

从家庭上看,我们的学生家庭大局部属于农村家庭,英语没有被受到重视,再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少,更别说辅导了。

从环境上来看,学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外,根本上就没有使用英语的环境了,放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大局部学生不能自觉完成,再加上英语课课时较少,因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。

面对如此多的问题,我打算从学生的学习兴趣、学习方法和学习习惯方面去入手解决。

现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议:一、要从自身找缘由,培育学生学习英语的兴趣。

自己先要想方法,持有一份乐观的态度,勤思索,乐奉献。

正因为如此,教师更倾向

大家好!很荣幸今天能在这里和大家进行交流学习。

我今天发言的
题目是“如何提高英语教学成绩”
作为新教师,在教学过程中,我总有一种摸着石头过河的感觉。


边教学,一边总结,可能是我目前状态的真实写照了。

今天参加交
流会,我有点诚慌诚恐,感觉没有什么拿得出来的经验,只能就我
个人谈一些体会和感想。

因此有哪些缺点与不足之处,请各位给予
指正,以便在今后的教学中加以改进和提高。

时光飞逝,转眼间我在河道乡已经度过将近两个春秋了。

从一名大
学生到成长为人民教师队伍中的一员,说真的当时真的有一些手足
无措的感觉,面对一群活泼好动的学生,第一次面对那么多对充满
期待的眼睛,我感到紧张,同时感觉到自己责任的重大和压力。


教的前几个星期,尽管我精心地备了课,但在课堂上,还是出现语
无伦次,教学组织不好的尴尬场面。

好在有校领导和众多老师的帮助,使我逐渐地成长起来。

我代的是四、六年级的英语,也许是比较幸运吧!整体来说,这两
个班的学生都很听话,接受能力也比较强。

回顾取得的成绩,我冷
静的思考,认真的分析,总结,之所以能取得较好的成绩是因为我
在平时的教学中做了以下几点尝试:
师,我暗暗鼓劲,一定要好好教,忠诚党的教育事业,树立爱岗敬
业的职业道德。

二、关爱学生,调动学生学习英语的积极性。

开始教英语的时候,
我发现学生对英语课不重视,根本没一点学习兴趣,效果很差,我
想怎样才能调动学生学习英语的积极性呢?我觉得作为一名老师,
不仅要让学生喜欢上自己的课,在课后与学生的关系也相当的重要。

我希望他们不仅把我当老师,更把我当朋友。

因此,我会利用午自
习和晚自习的时间找学生谈心,让学生感到老师很关心他很重视他。

遇到一些问题学生或是成绩有些退步的学生,我会先帮他们找出问
题的根源,再对他们进行鼓励,并且和他们作一些约定,如果他们
在今后的
学习中取得了进步,哪怕是一点点小小的进步,我都会对他们进行
表扬和奖励。

尊重是双方的,你付出了真心,相信收获的同样是一
份真诚。

就这样,学生们信任我了,我也能和他们进行很好的交流。

三、因材施教,精心备课,向课堂要质量,大家都知道上好一堂课
是提高教学质量的重中之重,为了严密组织好课堂教学,我采用“一看、二找、三制”的备课思路。

一看就是利用双休日经常观看优秀教
师讲课的光碟,学习先进的教学方法;二找就是从电脑中下载的有
用教学资料;三制就是自制授课过程中重要的课件。

在备课中,我
尽量突出精讲多练,尽量开展英语对话活动,收到了良好的效果。

四、严格检查学生作业,做到面批面指导面改正。

我给学生布置作
业尽量做到适量,目的是让学生书写规范,批改作业做到面批面指
导面改正,并认真做好作业批改记录。

由于学生的基础和能力是有
区别的,因此我布置练习作业尽量对不同层次的学生设计不同要求
的习题,让全体学生都能参与到英语学习中去,每次检查作业之后
都要给予学生客观的评价,积极鼓励有进步的学生,在班级里形
成“学有目标、赶有方向”的良好学习氛围。

五、坚持单元检测,可学分析试卷,及时查漏补缺。

质量检测是提高教学质量的有效手段,我在每次单元检测之后,都
要科学分析答卷,总结得失,发现问题有针对性的辅导,对于学生
易犯的错误,做到反复抓,抓反复,直到把疑难问题学懂弄通。
