威高灭菌器的操作规程
1、简介
主要应用于对包装手术器械、齿科手机、敷料包裹、玻璃器皿等物品的灭菌，是医院眼科、口腔科、手术室、化验室及生物医学研究单位等科室、部门的理想灭菌设备。
目前国内小型快速灭菌器产品质量以及先进性上普遍较低，该款灭菌器是进口产品的替代品、同时也是国内产品的升级换代产品。
其灭菌方式以及快速节能结构都已获得国家多项专利。
2、对电源和使用环境的要求
（1）工作环境温度：0-35℃；
（2）相对湿度：20%-85%；
（3）电源：三相五线制380v三线（带单独接地线）总电功率
6400W。
3、使用前准备
（1）检查水桶水位，循环水箱水位，加水至水箱1/3处，注意不要淹没排气口。
（2）在通电情况下，当液晶屏上显示锁开时，方可进行开关门操作。
4、操作程序
4、放入待灭菌物品，关门，按下开始键，设备开始自动运行。
5、有注水、蒸发器升温、脉动、升温、灭菌、排气（水）、干燥等流程。

2、安全阀总是频繁开启
安全阀的开启压力为260KPa，安全阀是连接在蒸发器上的，所以应当在程序运行中观察蒸发器的压力，看看蒸发器显示的压力是否过高，超过了260KPa。
可通过进入参数设置程序，适当降低高压通道的值（例如降低5KPa）来降低程序运行时的蒸发器压力。
3、蒸发器缺水报警
用于灭菌的敷料包裹过多，吸收了大量蒸汽，可适当减少包裹数量。
7、维护保养须知：
1、设备应当水平放置或前高后低放置，否则灭菌结束后仓内可能会有存水
出现。
2、灭菌用水务必为纯净水或蒸馏水。
3、器械和织物等非液体类灭菌物品的装载量应不超过内室容积的80%，敷
料包和器械包间应保持10mm的间隙，否则将会引起不充分的灭菌与干燥。
4、灭菌物品不能触及灭菌仓四壁，否则将影响灭菌效果及干燥效果。
5、确保灭菌仓内清洁。
