隔绝机制正是一个独立的古文化系统得以延续的先决条件;地理环境对中国文化的影响:1、连续性中国文化以五千年的传统从未中断为世界所罕见。

2、多样性3、使中国人长期形成“世界中心”的意识①自认占据世界主体,并处于地理上的中心地位;②并非单指地理位置上的,还尤其指文化上的中心地位;③“安居乐业”、“安土乐天”的生活情趣;④节日礼俗;⑤农业经济是一种平和自守的经济,由此派生出的国防观念亦是防守性的。

宗法:指以血缘关系为基础,尊崇共同的祖先,维系亲情。

在宗族内部区分尊卑长幼,并规定继承秩序以及不同地位的宗族成员各自不同的权力和义务的法则。

宗法制度的内容:(1)、嫡长子继承制。

别子为祖,继别为宗,继祢者为小宗。

(2)、封建(封邦建国)制。

帝王以爵位、土地分封给子弟叔侄及异姓之功德卓著者,为诸侯,使之在其分封的疆域内建立邦国,世袭统治。

(3)、宗庙祭祀制度。

宗庙祭祀制度是体现“尊祖敬宗”的最好形式。

二、宗族:同一父系的人群聚而居,有着共同的土地财产、祖庙、祭祀同一祖先,甚至有共同的墓地等这样一个血缘群体。

产生宗法制度的原因:①与世隔绝、聚族而居的生活方式,使血缘家族的社会组织形式长期保留下来。

②中国的氏族社会解体不充分。

丧服制:人死后宗(家)族人为其服丧的制度衣服:斩衰、齐衰、大功、小功、缌麻丧期:斩衰三年;齐衰有三年、一年执杖(杖期)、一年不执杖(不杖期)、三月之别。

后来只分为一年、五月、三月;大功9个月;小功5个月;缌麻3个月。

周朝以前,天子五庙:考庙——父庙王考庙——祖父庙皇考庙——曾祖父庙显考庙——高祖父庙太祖庙(太庙)——始祖以下,高祖以上各代祖先的神主宗法意识对中国文化的影响:(1)对血缘关系的高度重视纵向——辈横向——严格区分父系、母系、嫡庶、长幼等uncle——伯伯、叔叔、舅父、姑父、姨夫aunt——伯母、婶母、舅母、姑母、姨母“立子以贵不以长,立嫡以长不以贤。
