二、工程概况2.1 工程简介2#拌和站设置在县道880左侧,主线桩号K91+100左侧700米,目前正在进行征地,计划5月初开始平场地,5月20日开始修建拌合站,6月底投入使用。

主要供应干烈隧道,干烈2#大桥、干烈特大桥、平比特大桥、平比隧道、宰告大桥及路基砼施工,供应混凝土约18万方。

2.2 规模2#拌和站占地面积约7000 m2,配置2台HZS120型拌和机。

拌和机配8个下料仓,8个100吨的水泥罐。

三、施工准备方案3.1 拌和站标准化建设方案拌和站占地面积9300㎡。

拌和站的建设应充分满足《公路桥涵施工技术规范》的要求。

拌站的建设步骤为:总体规划施工进度安排场地处理、基础建设排水沟设置设备安装、房屋建设标志牌设置场地硬化、路面硬化。

3.1.1 总体规划拌和站应根据工程实际情况集中布置,采取封闭式管理,拌和站内设置工地试验室、材料堆放区、拌和作业区、计量作业,运输车辆停放区。

具体布置详见附图《1#拌和站平面布置图》。

3.1.2 施工进度安排表2#拌合站施工进度横道图(工期40天)3.1.3 场地修整和基础修筑1、根据地形地势及搅拌站场地规划和安排,选取能满足要求的地段进行搅拌站的布置,首先对原地面清表,对整个场地进行填挖、整平及压实处理,对个别地基承载力达不到设计的区域采用三七碎石土进行换填、分层(每层高不大于30cm厚)压实处理,需使整体压实度达90%以上。

2、按规划布置图进行测量放线,人工协助并做好打桩,采用石灰粉放出搅拌设备的平面基础位置以及所需挖的基础部位。

3、开挖基础时,用钢筋或木桩对测放的位置进行引桩延长,并做好标示,在同一基础的两个中心位线位置要在同一条线上,偏差不得大于2cm,开挖采用机械辅以人工开挖。

4、对开挖后的基础处理,在浇筑混凝土和安装预埋件时,要铺设人工制作的钢筋网,预埋件的材质、大小、长短必须按设备图纸中所要求的尺寸,不得擅自改变,基础所需开挖的深度及宽度不低于图纸中所规定的尺寸。

5、不得随意改变图纸所标示的尺寸和施工说明以及注意事项,如有改动需通知设备制造厂家技术指导前来技术指导,并做出书面的变更依据。

6、基础开挖达到要求后,进行基础平整和地基处理,然后准备预埋件,预埋件的尺寸不得随意改动,如有改动需通知设备制造厂家技术指导前来技术指导,并做出书面的变更依据。

7、预埋件的高程、平面位置以及加强钢筋网安装完成经监理验收合格后,申报浇筑混凝土,根据地基础的尺寸和要求,如需二次浇筑的,就进行二次浇筑,标号为C30。

8、浇筑完成前预埋铁放置时必须保持上面与地平面±0.00水平及与相邻近预埋铁水平、平行,并不得有扭角、偏离中心的现象(若需基础高于地面预埋铁上面必须基础的最高面平齐)。

9、在浇筑完成,进行人工收面调平处理,必要时采用仪器进行平整度检校,防止因基础混凝土的不平整造成机械翻侧。

3.1.4 场地硬化及封闭管理拌合站建设标准严格按照标准化要求布置建设拌和站的所有场地(含场内道路)必须使用20cm厚的碎石垫层铺底,面层使用20cm厚的C20混凝土进行硬化,并进行表面清光处理。

大型作业区(如路面沥青拌和站)、重车行车道路硬化,使用30cm厚碎石垫层,30cm厚的C20砼进行砼硬化处理。

3.1.5 场地排水设置场地硬化按照立轴底、中心高的原则进行,面层排水坡度1.5%,场地四周设30×30cm排水沟,排水沟底面采用M7.5砂浆进行抹面,确保雨天场地不积水,不泥泞,晴天不扬尘。

排水沟中水集中汇聚到污水处理池,经过滤处理合格后才进行排放,混凝土运输车在规定地点进行清洗,污水经污水处理池处理合格后才可排放。

3.2 拌和站设备配置(1)设立自动计量的拌和系统,拌和系统、装载机等设备有专人维护、保养,有可靠的电源以及备用发电设备,并符合《公路桥涵施工标准化技术指南》的相关规定。

(2)搅拌机配备设计拟配置2台HZS120型强制间歇式搅拌机,单机额定功率为120 m³/h(实际功率按60%计,即78m³/h),搅拌机均按照四仓式自动计量标准配备,使用散装水泥及外加剂,并分别用储存罐储存,配合电脑自动输出。

负责本合同段内混凝土生产供应,共计混凝土18万m³。

拌和站配10个集料斗,料斗之间设1m隔板,防止串料。

配料斗顶上设置彩钢顶棚,防止太阳直接照晒和雨淋。

(3)料仓拌和站内建8个料仓,分料仓采用厚1m、高3.0m的片石混凝土墙,仓内混凝土地面设置4%的内高外低的地面横坡,料仓长80m,宽20m,待堆料高度3.0m,料仓总共储料约4800m³。

按照规定对现场材料进行标识,标识内容包括材料名称、产地、规格型号、生产日期、出产批号、进场日期、检验状态、进场数量、使用部位等,并应根据不同的检验状态和结果采用统一的材料标识牌进行标识。

3.3 设备的安装待基础混凝土达到强度后,开始进行设备安装。

安装前配置25t的吊车两台。

施工现场人员与专职安全员协调指挥,检查吊装工具和制动设备的安全性和灵敏度。

安装步骤:先拼装主机,再把主机的支腿与主机架用螺栓连接,主机与主机架用螺栓固定进行起吊,立于基础预埋件,再拧紧支腿螺栓,必须保证支腿与主机底盘架接触面水平不得有吊角悬空现象(必要时外加三角支撑),必须保证支腿底盘与预埋螺栓的接触面大于80%,再安装二层立柱、三层称量及站顶,都必须保证螺栓松紧程度,(起吊称量时要做到轻吊轻放,不能大幅度摆动,以免精选损坏传感的精度)有料斗提升部分的,主机安装后,再把下轨道对接,用螺栓紧 固,放于已挖好的地坑中,保证上下轨道一致,不得有扭曲现象,轨道行走表面 要平稳,保证轨道着地面要平稳。

输送机安装,在地面上先用螺栓把皮带输送机桁架连接,必须紧固,安装前 后滚筒,套上输送带,用起吊机吊起输送机架,必须注意重心,不得有偏沉现象, 另一台起吊机起协助作用,把输送机安装到位。

配料机安装:先把配料机的输送安装完成,用起吊机吊于基础内,再把配料 机的称量安装完成后放置于基础上,注意与皮带机的间隙,不得有磕碰现象。

粉料仓安装:先把粉料的附件安装完成,再把粉料仓安置于基础上。

螺旋输送机安装:先把螺旋输送机对接好,注意电机的完整性,再起吊安装, 保证螺旋机进口与粉仓出口的位置一致性。

操作控制室安装:安装控制室底盘架、支腿、转向台、梯子,都必须保证螺 栓的紧固,若控制室为单独可直接封房,对于已经封闭好的控制室支腿连接必须 紧固。

电器安装:整机安装完成后,线路安装。

线路安装后,整机的安装完成,接 上电源,进行空机试运行。

3.4 电力设置 1、施工现场临时用电应符合《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》( JGJ46-2005)的规定。

电源中性点直接接地的 220/380V 低压电力系统采用 TN-S 接零保护并做到三级配电两级保护和“一机一箱一闸一漏”。

可编辑精选2、严格按照施工用电专项组织设计与施工现场平面布置进行搭设和管理电 力线,动力和照明线分开架设。

3、配电房设在拌和站内,采用 1 台 500KVA 变压器和 1 台 120KW 发电机 组以满足拌和站用电需求。

4、所有电器设备必须完整、无破损、性能良好。

必须使用安装带有触电保 护器的插座,触电保护器应定期试验确保性能可靠。

严禁使用铜丝、铁丝等金属 代替保险丝。

严禁在一个开关上连接多台设备。

配电房、变压器等固定电力设备 均设门、锁及防雨设施和安全防护屏障或网栅围栏,围栏高度 2.5m。

并设置明 显的禁止、警告标志。

5、编制临时用电施工组织设计,确定电源进线、总配电箱、分配电箱的位 置及线路方向,进行负荷计算,选择变压器容量和导线截面,制定安全用电技术 措施和电气防火措施。

经相关部门审核及技术负责人批准后方可实施。

3.5 生产用水 生产用水采用打井取水,在拌合站场地内修筑 2 个 100m³蓄水池,蓄水池采用红砖砌筑做好防水设施。

拌和站出入口、拌合楼控制室设置禁止、警告、指令标志。

2、拌和站配合比标志牌:拌和机操作房前醒目位置应悬挂混凝土配合比标 识牌,标识牌采用镀锌铁皮制作,尺寸 800mm×600mm,油漆喷涂确保不退色, 数字采用彩笔填写,字迹工整清新。

标识牌应包括以下内容:混凝土设计与施工 配合比,粗细集料的实测含水率及各种材料的每盘的使用量等。

3、材料堆放均有标识牌:标明材料名称、产地、级配范围(粗骨料)、细度 模数(细骨料)、检验日期和结果。

已检和待检材料应做好现场标识。
