此外,请不要在变频器的输出侧(次级侧)加入功率因数改进用电容器。否则将会 发生「过电流跳闸」而无法运转。
浪涌抑制器的撤销 请不要在变频器的输出侧(次级侧)安装浪涌抑制器。

To insure it provides that service, it is critical that you read this entire manual prior to attempting to install or operate your new pump. Become familiar with the terms and diagrams, and pay close attention to the highlighted*************************(M-F,8AM–5PMET).Safety InformationInstallationThe Fill-Rite FR300V series pump is designed to offer several different mounting configurations. It can be mounted on a skid tank using the tank adapter supplied with the pump (see attached diagrams) or mounted on a concrete island using an optional pedestal adapter (available through your Fill-Rite distributor). Regardless of mounting style, all tanks must be properly vented.The FR300V series pump has a built-in check valve with pressure relief to reduce unsafe excess pressure from thermal expansion of the fluid. It also features an integral bypass valve to help minimize wear when the pump is operating with the nozzle closed.Typical Skid Tank Installation Materials• 1-1/4" pipe cut to a length that will terminate at least 3" from the bottom of thetank when installed into the tank adapter with the tank adapter installed intothe tank flange (see SKID TANK INSTALLATION diagram).• Threaded pipe joint sealant appropriate for application.Installation Procedure1. Thread the 1-1/4" pipe into the tank adapter. Seal threads liquid tight withappropriate thread sealant.2. Screw the tank adapter into the tank flange; seal threads liquid tight withappropriate thread sealant.3. Mount the pump on the adapter; seal threads liquid tight with appropriatethread sealant.4. Fill-Rite recommends installation of an Anti-Siphon Device.Typical “Pedestal / Island” Installation Materials• 1-1/4" threaded suction pipe, cut to extend 32-1/2" above the island.• FRPA125 Pedestal Kit (includes Pedestal Pipe, Base, & Coupler).• Threaded pipe joint sealant appropriate for application.Installation Procedure 1. Remove the coupler from the pedestal pipe by loosening the set screws.2. Slip the pedestal pipe/pump base assembly over the 1-1/4" suction pipe.3. Loosen the screws in the pedestal base to allow the pedestal pipe to slide downexposing the end of the suction pipe.4. Screw the coupler onto the suction pipe; seal threads liquid tight withappropriate thread sealant.5. Slide the pedestal pipe into the coupler and tighten the set screws.6. Tighten the screws in the pedestal base.7. Mount the pump on the coupler seal threads liquid tight with appropriate thread sealant.Bung Adapter / Suction Pipe Assembly and InstallationFR300V series pumps feature a 2" Bung Adapter with integral connection for ananti-siphon device. When installing the suction pipe into the bung adapter, the suctionpipe must be inserted into the bung adapter correctly for proper operation. The suctionpipe threads into the tank adapter, and must be cut to a length that positions it at least 3"from the bottom of the tank.1. Measure and cut suction pipe to fit as described above.2. Examine the bung adapter to determine top and bottom for proper insertion ofthe suction pipe. The bung adapter is labeled to help: the end marked “PUMPSIDE” is the top of the bung adapter. Note that the internal threads for thesuction pipe are at the TOP of the opening.3. Wrap the threads of the suction pipe with the appropriate sealant for the fluidbeing pumped. Insert the suction pipe (with the threaded side up) into thebottom of the bung adapter until the threads engage.4. Tighten the suction tube into the bung adapter to create an air / fluid tight seal.5. Apply an anti-seize thread compound to the external threads on the bottom ofthe bung adapter. Install the assembled bung adapter and suction pipe into thebung opening on the tank. Tighten to a fluid / air tight seal.6. Install pump onto bung adapter using appropriate fluid sealant, and tighten to afluid / air tight seal.Anti-Siphon DeviceYour FR300V series pump comes from the factory ready to install an anti-siphon tube back to the tank. An anti-siphon device (a.k.a. vacuum breaker) is important because it will break a liquid siphon if there is an open nozzleor a leaking hose below the fluid level in the tank when the pump is turned off. Fill-Rite recommends anti-siphonkit # KIT700AS be installed from the pump outlet back to the vapor space in the tank.This illustration shows where to install the tube so that it terminates in the vapor space at the top of the tank.The tube must terminate in the vapor space; if it terminates below the fluid level in the tank, it will not preventsiphoning. It is very important there are no liquid traps in the tubing; it must have a continuous slope from thepump down to the tank, and can be connected into any opening in the top of the tank if the tank adapter is notused. Use reducer bushings as required for proper fit and seal.The 1/4" NPT opening in the side of the tank adapter terminates in the vapor space of the tank. Make liquid tightconnections using the appropriate sealant from the adapter to the anti-siphon outlet using a minimum of 1/4"metal tubing that is compatible with whatever liquid is being pumped. If the anti-siphon tank adapter is beingused and the 1/4" NPT opening is not used for the tubing, leave the factory installed plug in place.Fill-Rite offers Anti-Siphon kit # KIT700AS (available through your Fill-Rite distributor). This kit contains thenecessary fittings and tubing to complete the installation as pictured in this section. NOTE: This kit ONLY worksfor tank top installations.If not using the KIT700AS, you will need the KIT700AVB. This will allow you to connect a line either back to thetank, or to the bung adapter.TOP1 1/4" SUCTION PIPEANTI-SIPHON LINEWiring ProcedureUse the Voltage Selector Switch on the end of the pump to select the input voltage for the pump. NOTE: The pump comes from the factory pre-set to 115V AC position.Electric WiringOperating Instructions 1. Reset Meter to “0” (if applicable).2. Remove dispensing nozzle from nozzle boot.3. Move the switch lever to the “ON” position to power the pump.4. Insert the dispensing nozzle into the container to be filled.5. Operate the nozzle to dispense fluid; release nozzle when the desired amount of fluid has been dispensed.6. Move switch lever to the “OFF” position to stop the pump.7. Remove the dispensing nozzle from the container and store it in the nozzle boot.PadlockingYour Fill-Rite pump nozzle can bepadlocked for added security.With the pump turned off, and thenozzle in the stored position, a padlockcan be inserted through the nozzlerest and nozzle handle opening. II.FR-E540的结构:前视图:拆掉前盖板和辅助板后:III.FR-E540的安装:安装1)小心使用变频器使用了塑料零件,因此,为了不造成破损,请小心地使用,其次,不要仅在前盖板上使用了太大的力。
前盖板的拆卸前盖板是由位于A,B,C位置的插销固定的,请按箭头方向以C为支点,同时按下A,B,取下前盖板。
前盖板的安装接线后安装时,请固定插销。
请不要在拆掉前盖板状态下投入电源。
接线盖的拆卸请按箭头A的方向拉出接线板罩。
接线盖的安装电线通过接线孔接线,确保盖板装到原来的位置。
辅助盖板的拆卸如图按下箭头A的同时,以箭头B为支点使右侧提起,朝右方拉出可拆卸下来。
辅助盖板的安装将辅助盖板的安装爪(左侧)插入变频器本体的安装位置的同时,按下右侧的安装抓可安装上。
操作面板的拆卸按下箭头A的同时,以箭头B为支点使右侧提起,朝右方拉出可拆卸下来。
操作面板的安装将操作面板的安装爪(左侧)插入变频器本体的安装位置的同时,按下右侧的安装抓可装上。
注意:为确保安全,请断开电源以后安装和拆卸。
操作面板可以拆下,反面露出充电部和控制板。
拆下使用时,必须安装选件的内面板(FR-E5P)。
绝对不要触摸控制板,以免引起变频器发生故障。

2.1 单多段速端子电梯控制器对于只有一个多段速变换端子的电梯控制器,其高速段和平层速度段由高速端子的通断来进行控制,此类电梯控制器与变频器的接线图如下:制动电阻根据现场连接好控制器、变频器和电机之间的接线,对于没有运行接触器(KM2)的电梯,R2的接线可以不接,同样,对于没有故障信号接收的电梯控制器,Y1的接线也可不接。
完成接线按以下步骤完成调试:1、设定高速和平层速度,电梯控制器用一个高速端子来切换高速与平层速度,对应设置多段速快慢的参数为:F12.00=平层速度F12.01=高速2、检修速度设置,一些电梯控制器检修速度与平层速度共用,没有检修信号输出,此处则可以不接检修信号线,跳过此步骤;有检修信号输出的则可以通过功能码来设置检修速度,对应设置检修速度的参数为:H00.13=检修速度3、急停信号,一些电梯控制器不存在急停信号,则急停信号线可以不接,跳过此步骤;存在急停信号,大部分控制器提供的为一个常闭信号,若为常闭信号则需要改变DI7的逻辑,设置F04.14=00010。
4、检修运行测试,将电梯控制器切换到检修运行模式,按上行或下行测试,查看运行方向是否一致,如果不一致则将上行信号和下行信号线对调即DI1和DI2信号线对调或将电机输出线UVW任意两相对调即可。
5、正常模式试运行,将电梯控制器切换到正常运行模式进行测试,根据现场调整加减速时间。
2.2 双多段速端子电梯控制器对于有两个多段速变换端子的电梯控制器,其高速由一个端子的通断来进行控制,另一个端子则是根据不同控制器控制平层速度或零速。
两个多段速端子的电梯控制器与变频器的接线图如图2.2所示:制动电阻根据现场连接好控制器、变频器和电机之间的接线,对于没有运行接触器(KM2)的电梯,R2的接线可以不接,同样,对于没有故障信号接收的电梯控制器,Y1的接线也可不接。

2.3 应急运行模式在电梯使用过程中,如果系统的供电电源突然停电,可能会导致乘客被关在轿厢内。
FR300D系列电梯专用变频器可以支持应急UPS供电运行,进行停电应急运行,应急信号可由变频器端子DI6接收,其接线图如图2.3所示:当电网电压停电时,由电梯控制器切换为UPS供电,并且向变频器发送应急信号,当变频器接收到应急信号时,变频器自动切换到应急模式运行,FR300D可支持单相220V和三相380V的UPS电源。
在应急模式下,当电梯控制器给变频器运行信号时,变频器会按H00.12设定的应急运行频率运行,其加减速时间会按F03.06和F03.07设定的时间加减速。
2.4 闭环电梯控制FR300D系列电梯专用变频器可以支持闭环控制,并且提供多种PG卡配合不同的编码器使用,PG 卡信息请查看第五章。
闭环电梯控制时电梯控制器与变频器的接线图如图2.4所示:制动电阻根据现场连接好控制器、变频器和电机之间的接线,并连接好PG卡与编码器之间的接线,对于没有运行接触器(KM2)的电梯,R2的接线可以不接,同样,对于没有故障信号接收的电梯控制器,Y1的接线也可不接。
完成接线按以下步骤完成调试:1、设定高速和平层速度,按图中接线方式对应设置多段速快慢的参数为:F12.00=0F12.01=高速F12.02=平层速度2、检修速度设置,一些电梯控制器检修速度与平层速度共用,没有检修信号输出,此处则可以不接检修信号线,跳过此步骤;有检修信号输出的则可以通过功能码来设置检修速度,对应设置检修速度的参数为:H00.13=检修速度3、急停信号,一些电梯控制器不存在急停信号,则急停信号线可以不接,跳过此步骤;存在急停信号,大部分控制器提供的为一个常闭信号,若为常闭信号则需要改变DI7的逻辑,设置F04.14=00010。
4、检修运行测试,先将F00.08设置成1,将电梯控制器切换到检修运行模式,按上行或下行测试,查看运行方向是否一致,如果不一致则将上行信号和下行信号线对调即DI1和DI2信号线对调或将电机输出线UVW任意两相对调即可。
5、检查编码器方向,将F00.08设置成1,将电梯控制器切换到检修运行模式,按上行或下行测试,查看输出频率要与U00.33编码器反馈转速的正负一致,即若输出频率为正,则U00.33反馈的转速也需要为正;若输出频率为负,则U00.33反馈的转速也需要为负。
如果方向不一致时,可以将F08.25设置成1或将编码器的A、B相脉冲对调即可,完成后重新检查输出频率与U00.33方向是否一致。
6、闭环控制模式运行,根据编码器设置好编码大线数F08.23,并且设置好电机与编码器转速比F08.27,将F00.08设置成3,变成闭环控制模式,将电梯控制器切换到检修运行模式,按上行或下行测试,查看电梯运行是否正常。
7、正常模式试运行,将电梯控制器切换到正常运行模式进行测试,根据现场调整加减速时间。
2.5 多段速设置方法对于不同的电梯控制器,其控制多段速端子输出的信号所组合的不同而会导致设置平层速度和高速F12组的速度参数会按百分比设置,100.0%对应的为最大频率(F01.08设置的值)。
同时,每一段速FR300D一共支持4第三章功能参数表3.1 基本功能参数简表为标准机型1:有效很好的调整,停车抱闸时直流制动电流大小可以由F02.14参数调整,各个功能码的准确含义如下图:抱闸H00.05H00.02H00.06图3.1 电梯运行逻辑图H00.05(抱闸打开频率(上升))、H00.06(抱闸闭合频率(上升))与H00.07(抱闸打开频率(下降))、H00.08(抱闸闭合频率(下降))含义相同,上升组用于变频器正转时的频率判断,下降组用于变频器反转时频率判断。
