外国出生证明翻译
出生医学证明是由医院开具的以证明婴儿的出生时间、地点、性别、重量、出生方式、父母信息等的一份证明材料，其作为一种长期有效的证明文件，可作为婴儿确认国籍、登记户口的重要依据。
