锂电池充电站THC-20-48V/50A用户手册2016年12月1 概述该充电系统是我公司根据智能机器人用磷酸铁锂蓄电池组的充电技术要求,开发研制的一种智能充电装置。
该设备采用可编程序控制器作为主控单元,7英寸彩色液晶触摸屏作为人机交换平台;主电路采用高频开关电源电路,重量轻、体积小、效率高、稳压稳流精度高等特点。
整套设备操作方便、工作可靠、保护齐全、自动化程度高。

Loop Operation
When in normal operation, the rising edge of the oscillator clock turns on the High-Side Power Switch starting a switching cycle. SW pin now connects to VIN and the inductor sees a voltage of (VIN-VOUT), this voltage will ramp up the inductor current. The peak inductor current is sensed by the current sense amplifier and added a slop-compensation ramp voltage. When this summed voltage reaches the COMP pin voltage, the PWM comparator triggers the logic to turn off the High-Side Power Switch. The SW voltage will swing towards the Ground and will be caught by the catching diode. At this point, the inductor is applied a reverse voltage of (VOUT+Vdiode) which will ramp down the inductor current. The energy is therefore transferred to the output. This finishes a switching cycle and the operation continues to the next cycle when the oscillator clock rising edge comes again.
