第28届全国奥林匹克英语(作文)大赛
奥运会两千多年前作为一种健康向上的体育竞技在神圣的奥林匹斯兴起,到现在,奥林匹克的内涵已经远远超出体育竞技的范畴,它成为全人类的精神财富和文化盛会;蓬勃兴起的数、理、化等奥林匹克比赛无不向人们传递着奥林匹克精神的光荣与伟大。奥林匹克英语大赛(奥英赛)于2008年举办,初衷是庆祝和纪念北京奥运会,丰富学生的学习生活;大赛面向广大中小学生,坚持自愿参加、鼓励兴趣的原则,提倡“重在参与和锻炼”的奥林匹克精神,以赛促学,提供展示才华和交流学习的平台,已成为专业权威的英语品牌赛事。
大赛始终秉承客观、公平的竞赛平台的宗旨,坚持规范办赛,逐渐得到各界认可,一些高校将奥英赛列入综合评价招生的条件,感谢大家对奥英赛的支持和肯定,大赛组委会继续保持初心,做得更好,不辜负各界的信赖和支持。
一、主办单位
国际双语教育协会英汉专业委员会 奥林匹克英语大赛组委会
二、参赛对象
全国各地各类学校中小学生,分小学组、初中组和高中组,并且按每个年级细分。
三、日程安排
1、初赛:自由写作方式,即日起—2022年5月31日截止,毕业班需提前。
2、决赛:线上考试、统一题目,限时完成。3月20日第一期, 7月24日第二期。
四、组织办法
1、无论学校或机构,初赛须集体参赛总数至少20人,不接受个人参赛。
2、出于公平和效率,每人限交一篇作文(不得多交,发现取消参赛资格和奖项),收取参评费50元。每届中第一次参赛没获得123等奖,可以再投稿(最后)一次,如已获得123等奖,则不能再投稿。
3、电子稿件方式投稿,负责老师按照大赛格式要求整理好稿件,填写参赛登记表,一起压缩打包发送到大赛收稿邮箱:aoyingsai@,邮件主题请写:××省××市××学校(或机构)第二十八届奥英赛。
4、参赛流程:负责老师先把参赛稿件发到收稿邮箱,组委会下载核实格式和数量都对,回复邮件正式确认收稿和通知汇款,老师再汇出评审费。
五、作品要求
1、大赛本着贯彻《英语新课程标准》指示精神,鼓励创新和自由表达,对参赛作文不做题材、体裁限制,参赛学生可以自主选择自己最熟悉和擅长的,内容健康,积极向上即可。
2、请在首行清晰注明参赛者的中文个人信息(班级、姓名和指导教师)。作文以全英文写作,必须有英语题目。同一年级且同一老师的学生作文全部放在一个以该老师名字命名的Word文档里(请参照大赛网站“稿件格式上交示图”)。参赛登记表请在大赛网站的“下载中心”里下载,亦可添加微信或QQ索取。
3、所有参赛作品必须原创,杜绝抄袭和套用现成作品。小学组作品字数不得少于70字, 初中组作品字数不得少于120字,高中组作品字数不得少于200字。
4、大赛组委会有权将优秀参赛作品用于大赛的宣传、展示和出版(奥英赛官网和公众号、双语教育网及公众号等)。

本竞赛初赛和决赛由全国竞赛组委会统一命制赛题。由全国竞赛组委会统一设奖。一等奖、二等奖和三等奖均通过各赛区的决赛产生,由省(自治区、直辖市)竞赛组织机构根据决赛成绩确定。简单地说,是由全国竞赛组委会和英语辅导报社等联合颁发。
