铸造名词解释

铸造工艺名词(一)一、浇冒口系统(1)浇注系统[ 浇口] gating system, run ning system为填充型腔和冒口而开设于铸型中的一系列通道。

通常由浇口杯、直浇道、横浇道和内浇道组成。

(2)封闭式浇注系统choked running system, pressurized gating system直浇道出口截面积大于横浇道截面积, 横浇道出口截面积又大于内浇道截面积总和的浇注系统。

(3)半封闭式浇注系统enlarged running system直浇道出口截面积小于横浇道截面积, 但大于内浇道截面积总和的浇注系统。

(4)开放式浇注系统unchok ed running system, non- pressurized gating system直浇道出口截面积小于横浇道截面积,横浇道出口截面积又小于或等于全部内浇道截面积的浇注系统。

(5)浇口盆[ 外浇口] pouring basin与直浇道顶端连接, 用以承接并导入熔融金属的容器。

(6)浇口杯pouring cup漏斗形外浇口, 单独制造或直接在铸型内形成, 成为直浇道顶部的扩大部分。

(7)浇口塞blanking-of f plug放置在浇口盆出口处的塞子。

浇口盆充满金属后, 塞子升起即开始浇注。

(8)直浇道sprue浇注系统中的垂直通道。

通常带有一定的锥度。

(9)直浇道窝sprue base直浇道底部的凹坑和扩大部分。

(10)横浇道runner浇注系绕中的水平通道部分。

(11)筛网芯( 滤网芯) strainer core在浇注系统中安置的多孔芯片。

一般用耐火材料或油砂制成。

(12)内浇道ingate浇注系统中,引导液态金属进入型腔的部分。

(13)离心浇注系统whirl gate dirt trap system在横浇道和内浇道之间有集渣包的浇注系统。

金属切向进入集渣包后旋转, 起到撇渣作用。

1、侵入气孔:也叫外因气孔,由于型砂中的气体侵入金属造成的在湿型铸件中常见的一种缺陷;2、机械粘砂:铸件的部分或整个表面上粘附了一层沙粒和金属的混合物,它是沙粒渗入铸型表面的微孔而形成的;3、化学粘砂:铸件的部分或整个表面上粘附一层由金属氧化物和造型材料相互作用而形成的低熔点化合物;4、粘土型砂:以粘土为粘结剂的型砂;5、覆膜砂:砂粒表面在造型前即覆有一层树脂膜的型砂或芯砂。

6、特种砂:矿物质组成中不含或只含少量游离二氧化硅的原砂。

7、紧实率:湿砂型用1mpa的压力下压实或在锤击式制样机上打击三次,其实样体积在打击前后体积变化的百分率,用其试样前后高度变化的百分率来表示,即紧实率=(筒高-紧实距离)/筒高;8、型砂的透气性:紧实的型砂能让其体通过而溢出的能力;9、型砂的流动性:型砂在外力和自重的作用下,沿模样和砂粒之间相对移动的能力;10、破碎指数:湿型砂标准抗压试样放在铁砧上受到一个自1m高度自由落下的50mm、510g 铜球的冲击,破碎的型砂,碎的通过网眼为12.7mm的筛网,留在筛网上大块型砂的质量占试样原质量的比值即为破碎指数11、(铸造用原砂中的)泥份:原砂或型砂中直径小于20um的细小颗粒;12、角形系数单位质量原砂的实测表面积与同质量同样粗细等直径假象圆球的表面积的比值,反应型砂的圆整度;铸造用硅砂实际比表面积与理论比表面积的比值。
