For optimum sensorless vector control, it is important to auto-tune during the initial installation, and after replacing either the motor or the inverter.Auto-tuning requires that you configure the inverter for SLV control (set A_44 = 02). 变频器的操作规程一、变频器的基本操作规程1、首先必须确认所购买的变频器型号、参数和控制方式是否与现场要求相符;2、连接变频器电源,建议运行负载前必须进行线路检查,确认所有接线是否牢固可靠,接线是否接错,接线是否符合变频器电气图纸要求;3、打开变频器电源开关,确认变频器的各项指示灯是否正常,如有故障灯亮起,应该及时进行故障检查处理;4、确定变频器的控制方式并设置运行频率;5、启动变频器,使其输出日夜巡视频;6、对于需要启动的运动机器,必须注意其启动方式和按照要求逐级启动,如遇到故障则应及时停机处理;7、变频器停止后,务必清楚遵守安全操作规程,必须断开电源。

二、变频器的维护保养规程1、定期清洗变频器内部和外部,避免积尘和腐蚀;2、定期检查变频器内部和外部金属件的腐蚀和氧化情况,必要时进行处理;3、定期检查变频器的控制系统、传动系统、轴承和密封件等零部件的状态,如有问题及时更换和修理,保证变频器正常运转;4、如需停机或长期停机的情况,应将变频器设为手动状态,以避免在停机之前的过程中引起故障,从而导致设备和人员的损失;5、不得更改变频器内部任何元件和组件的特性参数,删除或增加组件都应符合设计要求;6、定期测试变频器的保护性能,并记录结果,检验结果的趋势,以衡量变频器的实际使用寿命。

三、变频器的安全操作规程1、必须根据国家相关标准和操作程序要求进行操作,严格按照变频器的规程操作指南操作;2、变频器的内部有高压电源,不可随意拆卸或更换内部元件,否则会引起触电危险;3、工作时切勿触及任何裸露的电线和元件,以免造成人身伤害;4、如果发现变频器出现故障、过热和异响等现象时,应及时停机进行检查修理;5、当遇到重要设备供电变频器的故障时,必须采取紧急措施,如切断主电源,以避免设备和人员受到影响;6、强烈建议安装变频器的工程师需要及时了解变频器的最新技术和知识,以提高其安装、运行和维护的技能。

变频操作说明书操作规程1 操作、显示面板介绍1.1控制柜操作、显示面板———安装在控制柜门上,实现显示及操作。

1.1.1控制柜面板显示说明(如图1)H1---控制电源指示;H2--- 变频运行指示;H3---变频器故障指示;触摸屏---以指示灯形式显示变频器11个状态(如图2)⒈允许:允许高压合闸;⒉外控:允许外部控制;⒊合闸:高压合闸指示灯;⒋就绪:合闸就绪;⒌接通:高压接通;⒍运转:系统运转中;⒎旁通:有功率单元旁通;⒏告警:系统产生故障或告警;⒐远控箱:远控箱控制有效;⒑DCS: DCS控制有效;⒒闭环:系统闭环控制;显示变频器六个数据①设定频率:变频器的设定频率;②实际频率:变频器实际运行频率;③定子电压:电机的定子电压;④定子电流:电机的定子电流。

⑤闭环反馈压力:管网压力显示。

⑥柜内风压显示:功率柜内风压显示。

必须无故障告警条件满足时才能起作用;②加速:按下此键不抬起,则变频器频率将按一定速度增加,释放后频率停止增加;③减速:按下此键不抬起,则变频器频率将按一定速度减小,释放后频率停止减小;④停止:停止变频器输出,变频器按一定速度减小输出频率,直到变为0停止;⑤复位:复位变频器到初始状态;⑥曲线:按下此键可以查看电机定子电压电流曲线;⑦设置:进入P参数设定屏,进行P参数设定;⑧操作界面:进行变频器的高压分、合闸操作、外控选择操作及指示,并且提供报警记录;(图3)⑨警铃开关选择:用于报警时警铃的解除选择。

变频器运行操作说明

变频器运行操作说明在正常的运行状态下,您仅需对如下过程的操作:启动:在预启动状态下,按触摸屏的“启动”按钮,将使变频器工作输出,并驱动电机缓慢运转至设定频率。

需要留意的是:必需在无故障告警的条件下,此按钮才能起作用。

加速:每按一次触摸屏的“加速”按钮,变频器输出频率将上升1Hz。

需要留意的是,您必需在变频调速运行中,此按钮才能起作用。

另外,您也可以通过P50直接设定到所要达到得频率值。

详细方法:在触摸屏上按“设置”按钮,将弹出参数设定图框,在“P参数号:”一栏输入50,在“P参数下传值:”一栏输入预设定的频率值,再按“P参数下设”按钮,确定即可。

减速:按触摸屏的“减速”按钮,变频器输出频率将下降。

其步长已经设定为1Hz。

需要留意的是:必需在变频调速运行中,此按钮才能起作用。

另外,您也可以通过P50直接设定到所要达到得频率值,详细方法祥见上面的“加速”部分。

停止:按触摸屏的“停止”按钮,变频器输出频率将缓慢下降,直至停止输出,然后关闭泵的出口阀门。

此时,变频器将进入预启动状态。

停止后的变频器除检修维护需要断高压外,一般无需再断高压,可以重新按“启动”按钮启动变频器。

需要留意的是:第一,待电机完全停止后方可再次启动变频器;第二,变频器停止后,虽停止了输出,但自身仍待电,因此决不能打开变频器柜门,否则会有触电的危急。

篇2:变频器安全操作规程一、变频器的使用要点在使用变频器时,为确保变频器安全、高效、牢靠地运行,应留意以下几点:1.变频器接地端子必需牢靠接地,以有效抑制射频干扰,曾强系统牢靠性。

系统最好采用独立接地,接地电阻小于1欧。

系统中的传感器、I/O接口、屏蔽层等接地线,应与系统接地汇流排独立接地。

2.环境温度对变频器的使用寿命有很大的影响,环境温度每上升10度,变频器寿命就会减半。

因此变频器应置于有空气调整的环境里,温度应掌握在22度-28度,相对湿度RH≤70%-75%。

3.变频器调速系统的运行与停止不能使用断路器和接触器直接操作,而要用变频器掌握端子或变频器面板建来操作,否则或造成变频器端子失控,并可能造成变频器损坏。

变频器的控制方式采用多级PWM叠加技术,结构采用多个变频器单元串联叠加输出的方式。

日立公司的6KV(10KV)系列变频器每相5(8)级单元,变频器输出电压由所有单元输出叠加而成,波形非常接近于正弦波,谐波含量很低,极大的减小了对交流电机的谐波污染。

整套变频装置由旁通柜,变压器柜,功率单元柜和控制柜四部分组成。

在旁通柜内,装有高压断路器和隔离刀闸等,可实现变频和工频的切换,当变频器在运行中发生重故障时,变频器发出变频切换到工频的指令,也可根据需要,人为的切换到工频。

在变压器柜内,装有多重移相变压器,原边绕组采用星形接法,副边绕组采用延边三角形接法和星形接法,可有效的抵消电网中的偶次谐波,并可有效的滤除某些奇次谐波,尽量减少变频器电源的谐波污染,变压器能承受系统过电压和变频装置产生的共模电压以及谐波的影响。

在功率单元柜内装有功率单元,变频器的输出电压为每个单元输出的PWM波形叠加后的输出。

在控制柜内,装有控制各个回路启停的开关和控制各个功率单元协调工作的控制板,以及整套变频装置同外部系统的接口等。

对变频器的启停操作,通过切换开关,既可以通过就地的按钮控制,又可通过远方的DCS控制来完成。

变频装置根据DCS给出的速度调节信号自动的控制电机的转速,并且在就地和远方都可以监视变频装置的状态。

SJ300型日立变频器操作说明该变频器采用“标准数字操作器OPE--S”,内部参数我厂已经设定,出厂时设定为“就地”操作,但只需简单调试就能实现“就地/集控”的操作转换。

一.就地操作
按“功能键”显示“d001”,按“向下键”直至显示“A- - -”, 按“功能键”显示“A001”,再按“功能键”显示“01”,按“向上键”显示“02”频率由操作器设定,按“存储键”确认。

按“向上键”显示“A002”,按“功能键”显示“01”,再按“向上键”显示“02”运行指令由操作器控制,按“存储键”运行键指示灯亮。

输出频率由F001设定,出厂时设定为50Hz。

按“功能键”显示“A- - -”, 按“向上键”直至显示“d001”输出频率监视,再按“功能键”显示“00.0”即为输出频率,“就地操作”设定完毕。

按“运行键”电动机运行,按“停止/重置键”电动机停止。

二.集控操作
按“功能键”显示“d001”,按“向下键”直至显示“A- - -”, 按“功能键”显示“A001”,再按“功能键”显示“02”,按“向下键”显示“01”频率设定由控制端子操作,按“存储键”存储参数。

按“向上键”显示“A002”,按“功能键”显示“02”,再按“向下键”显示“01”运行指令由控制端子操作,按“存储键”确认。

4-20mA控制频率时设定:A101=0、A102=50、A103=20、A104=100。

按“功能键”显示“A- - -”, 按“向上键”直至显示“d001”输出频率监视,再按“功能键”显示“00.0”即为输出频率,现在“频率”的高低由DCS系统4-20mA信号控制,“集控操作”设定完毕。

合上Q3(控制柜内C45单极空气开关)变频器即为“集控”运行,这时电动机的“起动/停止”及“转速”均由DCS系统控制。

*说明:电机正反转以集控为准,就地控制的转向可通过F004设定,“00”为正转;“01”为反转。

采用默认值时为正转。
