这次幼儿园需要两位蒙氏部教研组长，有七位老师报名参加了竞聘，我是其中一位。

我今天竞聘的岗位是蒙氏部教研组长。
自参加工作以来，我热爱幼教事业，工作勤勤恳恳，能模范履行幼儿园教师职责。
XX年参加商丘市蒙氏数学比武大赛，获得一等奖;多次获盛市优秀论文奖，幼儿辅导奖，市优质课奖。

工作认真负责，积极主动，能吃苦耐劳，加班加点从不计较个人得失，一步一个脚印，超额完成了本职工作。
3.有较强的实际动手操作能力和团体协作能力，能迅速适应各种环境，并融合其中。
以真诚的态度去对待这份工作和工作中的每一件事情。
4.我有丰富的蒙氏工作经验。
从XX年7月到北京学习蒙氏教育，8月份开始带我园的第二届蒙氏班。
工作中，我和班上老师齐心协力，一边继续学习蒙氏理论，一边探索如何进行蒙氏数学。
通过园领导的支持和我们大家的努力，教学效果显著，孩子们得到个性化的发展，受到家长和社会的好评。
几年蒙氏教学，使我积累了一定的蒙氏教学经验。
